  • I'd give it -3 starts. Was very excited to use it, i didn't want a kcup only maker... Item came in used, had water leaking from the inside, the outside of the box was dry it was just re packaged... I want my money back and the 3 year warranty i bought for it

  • Its fine. The only reason I take one star off, The description said all glass and stainless steel... So i was assuming the filter part on the lid, would also be made of steel. But no that part is plastic. So i can lift the lid up a smidge and pour my liquid from the spout without releasing the herbs, and avoiding my hot tea passing through plastic. Other than that description snafu it's fine. It works great.

  • We've had this coffeemaker since it came out. We bought directly from Zojurushi. The brew-strength dial works well to modulate fullness and flavor. The faux-"perc" lid seems to add body as well. But washing the strength dial is a nightmare because, while it can be washed in the sink, the mechanism's two dials don't come apart from each other, so you can never get coffee stains and occasionally grinds out of them. Other than that, we loved the machine until today, when--for the first time with any coffeemaker we've ever owned (as in, ever owned in our lives)--the finish on top of the hotplate started flaking off, leaving exposed bare metal where black paint used to be. Clearly, low-quality manufacturing/finishing, and now we're suspect of the rest of the machine's quality and durability. Beyond which, it's incredible unsightly. We've owned Zojirushi rice cookers and water boilers for years, and this is the first time anything like this has happened. At this point, no matter how good the coffee is, we don't recommend the machine. And once again, we're on the hunt for a quality coffeemaker that doesn't fail or break apart somehow in less than a year.

  • I have been using this pour over brewer for the last few weeks and I am really enjoying the coffee it brews. I have several other brew methods, but find myself coming back to this brewer. This brewer set consists of a glass carafe and reusable metal-mesh filter. The filter feels very durable to me. It has two layers, with a very fine mesh inner layer. I was able to dial in the grind size very quickly to get a good brew time. I have found this set is very easy to clean and dry. I like the size for personal use, but it can brew enough coffee for two to three people. Overall, I think this is a great brewer.

  • We have been buying these for years but I guess like many things they don't make them like they used to. This one only lasted 2 months. We brew one pot per day. Today the lights came on but would not brew. Time to try a different manufacturer

This is a nice convenient programmable 10 cup coffee maker. The instructions are good and easy to follow. The unit keeps the coffee hot after brewing and automatically cuts off after 2 hours. The coffee maker has a LED touch screen and provides 2 strengths of brewing. It is very easy to clean and all the parts are dishwasher safe. The unit is not particularly solidly made. The plastic used in most of it's construction is relatively thin. So far the coffee maker is function perfectly and is making good coffee but I'm a little concerned about the unit's long term durability. Only time and regular usage will determine it's future functionality. Damon M. Tatem

  • Really love the Pacific Blue color—such a punchy/poppy blue that lives up to the hype of its name and totally fits that vibe. Most companies these days have more muted colors than bold ones, so this was very refreshing to see. Some other visual notes, is I love the minimal design and the hidden pod disposal bin on the side and the adjustable cup brew stand and sleek water reservoir. Never had a Nespresso machine before, so just did some research online (Reddit + TikTok), which gave much easier, more approachable examples of what can be done than what is included in the box. Their quick start isn't even the same machine—just a version of it. Overall the whole included paperwork could be more useful. For example, the names of the included pods are Italian-typed names, but little to know detailed explanation to what it even means for your coffee drinking experience. Main downsides is this learning curve here if you've never used one—can be a little overwhelming, especially if you just want to go and have no patience. So far we made 2 vanilla lattes (1 diary milk, 1 oat milk) with vanilla cold foam in the included frother machine and our own vanilla syrup. Here's a super easy iced vanilla latte w/ vanilla cold recipe to get a good first brew (sub any milk/syrups): 1. Use any of the Chiaro pods (double espresso) 2. Add 1/2 oz vanilla syrup to a separate small glass and place under machine and press brew 3. Fill your main drink glass 3/4 full of ice 4. Add 1/4oz vanilla syrup to the frother machine + just enough heavy whipping cream to cover the whisk at the bottom (hold button for 2 sec to start cold froth) 5. Pour your milk of choice into your ice-filled drink glass about 3/4 full 6. Add the freshly brewed coffee into your ice/milk filled drink glass 7. Stir to mix, then top with the vanilla cold foam 8. Enjoy! Once you play around with flavors and recipes a little this should be a super easy way to make fun coffee-based drinks at home and feel like an amateur barista.

I had originally gotten this for my husband as a gift, but we both can't stop using it now. It's by far the easiest coffee maker I've ever used. It makes a full pot super quickly and just the right temperature. I also absolutely love the design and the reusable filter and scoop that comes with it! I've always wished that all coffee makers would include that, and that key factor (plus the fact that it matches my stand mixer) is probably the main reason I bought it. Granted, the filter does stain a little because it's white, and coffee is, well, coffee. But who cares? Nobody sees it but me or my husband when we're putting more coffee grounds into it, so that's fine, lol. And just because it stains doesn't mean it isn't clean or that it functions any less perfectly. I do really hope we don't have any problems out of it that others seem to have experienced, because we both depend on this thing now (especially with our son turning two next week), but I never even thought I'd ever become a coffee drinker until using it.

My family didn’t sleep for 3-5 business days after trying each variety of coffee you can make with this. (Espresso, lungo, iced latte and a regular pot of joe.) it's nice to have different options to make coffee from 8 oz to 54 oz. Coffee was hot and stayed hot for a while. It is quick to make a full pot and the coffee tastes great. Works great

I gave coffeemakers.us.com & Bodum $20, and they gave me diarrhea in a box for a french press. This is the worst designed french press I've ever bought. Before I bought this piece of junk, I've only owned maybe 4-5 french presses in my life. All were close to $20-25. All were relatively similar in design, with only minor differences in how the plastic retainer handle locked and unlocked the glass beaker in place and with only minor differences in the measurements of all the components, so I never curiously investigated the design of them before purchasing a new one after the very first french press purchase. But this french press is quite different in the worst ways, and it has me thinking that Bodum should fire the employee that submitted this design and the employees that approved the design all the way from this french press designer's immediate boss to the employee that approves designs for manufacturing. Two dumb design features exist with this french press, which were not present with previously used french presses. First, the glass beaker is nearly impossible to remove to clean where the contact occurs between the outer part of the glass beaker and the inner part of the plastic retainer handle. Dumb design feature. Second, the top lid locks into place with no possibility of turning it, which is never anything, while using other french presses, that I've thought, "Boy, I sure wish this top lid would lock into place to completely prevent me from turning the lid." Second dumb design feature. The flavors of the brewing coffee and heat are more easily retained inside the mixture inside the glass beaker, when you can turn the top lid, so the part that does not have the mesh screen is directly behind the recession of the pour spout. Lesson learned. From now on, I will inspect the design of any commonly used product, before assuming it'll be mostly the same as any other previously bought, because it's within a similar price range as previously bought similar products.

It took a little tinkering, but we finally got the right combo of coffee, water and settings for our taste. Full brew strength, 12 cup grind, and filled to the 11 cup water line = 10 cups of coffee. We like our coffee on the strong side and this workers. We are also using the gold mesh filter. The little basket barely contains the 12 cup grind and as the company notes, using the mesh filter will result in some grounds in the pot. We found a handy dandy magnetic holder to attach to the side that holds a mini strainer, and scoop/cleaning brush. Putting the machine on a small tray let’s us slide everything out/under the cabinet and guards from accidental leakage…a lesson learned from three previous ninja machines.

  • Coffee? Delicious. I’ve successfully kicked my Starbucks habit, and although these pods aren’t cheap it is saving me money over Starbucks runs. But c’mon with this thick electrical cord! It juts out 4-5 inches. It’s ugly and unable for me to conceal with the placement of the machine on my counter, as I have it placed in the corner away from the outlet. I would gladly have paid a few dollars extra to have a lay-flat cord.

  • My first Keurig! Love this model. I can move it anywhere with the size. The flavors of coffee all sound delicious. Can’t wait to try them all! Good variety pack.

What a joke! This model sucks. 15 days in keep getting error message to “add water”, even with full tank. Then frother doesn’t work. So I follow instructions and Kuerig customer service walks me thru troubleshooting and says, sorry, we can’t fix, we’ll send a new one. New one arrives & fritter works but same error message means no coffee dripping. So I call Keurig customer service & their solution is to send another water tank. Wait a week, and test it and it doesn’t solve problem. So I call back and they said bc I didn’t order direct from Keurig, they can’t give my $ back. While I was waiting for the last part, we had guest in town, so I sent hubby to Walmart to pick up a different Keurig model- one w a pot. And while that model k-cup part works, the full pot brewer tastes awful, and can’t set a timer to it. So that one is going back to Walmart. Needless to say, save your $. And if you do decide to purchase this, go direct to Keurig. $200 and more time wasted on this POS.

  • About a month into using this French press we realized it had a hole in between the two layers of stainless steel. We had used this once every day and hand washed only. I guess I was just disappointed how (even though we like it) it won’t last much longer with water/coffee getting down in between the layers and not being able to wash it out.
