Wow!! This is almost perfection! Amazing tasting cup of coffee and a machine with features like no steam leak, and an easy to clean pot! I only wish the carafe was a bit more insulated so that the second and third cup of coffee was hotter. Honestly, I love it so much, I think I'll just drink a bit faster! Well done!!

Nice coffee maker works great has the usual buttons and is very pretty what I really like also is that even though it is a 12 cup has a much more compact appearance. So nice to not have to buy filters as comes with a permanent one👍

This ONE coffee maker is very easy to use, makes a GREAT coffee, and easy to clean and a wonderful addition to my white and red kitchen. BUT THE MOST AND THE BEST: MAKES GREAT COFFEE❣

Perfect for my keurig 2.0 with my keurig k-cup holder below. Cover everything perfectly without tons of extra space and they have great customer service. I emailed them asking if there was a cover to fit my kitchen-aid pro line series blender and they said they would custom make one for me! I'm a happy customer. I'll also be asking them to make something else soon.

I gave my wife this French press for Christmas and she’s been using it 4-5 a week since January. She wanted it for the looks. She noticed today that the base of the carafe is cracked. Our older, Bonjour French press has been in use for over 5 years and no problems, so we now use that carafe in this wood-handled frame. I will have to look for a better quality replacement carafe.

I've been drinking coffee since I was 18 years old and I'm now 68. I've purchased many coffee pots in my lifetime and this the best. Great water capacity, fast brew time and outstanding looks but most importantly how long the coffee stays hot. coffeemakers.us.com site says it's been reported that the coffee stays hot for about two hours and it's also reported 30-45 minutes. All totally untrue!! Since I consume coffee any time of day or night, I used to have to turn in the pot on to warm the coffee up or place it in the microwave to heat it up…not with this carafe! Yesterday I made a pot of coffee at 9:30sm and last night I had a cup about 6:00pm and my coffee was still hot. This morning at 8:30sm I poured from the carafe the remaining coffee (I use a 20 oz cup) and the coffee was still actually warm! I heated in the microwave for 90 seconds and had a hot cup of coffee. It doesn't get bitter and tastes just great! I'm telling you to get this coffee pot and you'll never regret it. Mark my words! What a great buy!!!!

Firstly, I could never get this coffee maker to use premade pods without making a mess so I just used the attachment for coffee grounds. Then that attachment broke so I started using my own pods filled with coffee grounds. Still cannot use the regular pods. Just after having it a year, it started not emptying all the water from the reservoir or it over heated the water and it evaporated because I’m not getting a full cup of coffee. Would not buy this brand again.

I loved this coffee maker as a Christmas gift from my wife. Took a while to get passed that electronic plastic burning smell but eventually it went away. It was a lot of fun trying out all kinds of flavors of pods and the option of just using ground coffee. And our favorite was having all that frothy frothness that it makes. Unfortunately after a month of owning it and being out of my return window the frother stopped working and the heating element went out. So it still brews coffee but I’m back to square one of mixing any other additions to it and then the extra step of heating it up in the microwave. No time saved now. As of September it still brews but the extra steps and no froth is a constant painful reminder that I’m stuck with a product that won’t get any better or can be returned… #sadface. Very simple, easy to use and easy to clean. It's going to save me a lot of money in the long run, by not having to go to a coffee shop. Plus, I think this tastes far better, as I can make it exactly how I want. The milk frothing is a game changer.

This product is advertised as 27 oz capacity. Obviously with grounds added it will brew less than that, but a full pot brewed exactly 16 ounces, which is basically half of what it was advertised as. It’s nice that it’s double walled for insulation but i wanted to brew two travel cups at a time, not one.

1. It was packaged poorly. 2. It was missing the coffee cup that was supposed to be included. 3. It was scuffed all over and looked used. 4. It FLOODED my countertop!!! 5. Will never know if it works because it will not hold one drop of water. 6. Trying to get a replacement is a joke. Save yourself the insanity-it is NOT that cool! Just get a black coffee maker at your local store and put some Wonder Woman stickers on it.

So far so good! First impressions on this was that the plastics chosen for parts of the machine were very lightweight.. to me, lightweight feels cheap. The portafilter is also very lightweight which I don’t love. However, this has been so awesome to use !! The fact that you can push a button and the espresso will brew and you can walk away if needed is so convenient (especially when you have three young kids and ALOT going on in your house). So the espresso setting is great - we haven’t had any issues with the coffee getting clogged etc. but the real show stopper here is the milk frother and the different milk buttons. You can set the level of milk froth you like with the dial on the side and it foams the milk for you and it pours right into your cup. I am obsessed with the milk frother. I look forward to every morning when I get to make my coffee. It’s so perfectly creamy and delicious. An added plus is that if you add too much milk to the milk container, you can pop it off and put it in the fridge until the next coffee (which is several times a day in our house). I am also pleased with the height you have to place a cup under the brewer. Has more height than our previous machine so we can fit almost every coffee mug we have under it (aside from one taller cup we have). Also love that this goes into “standby” mode after it finishes brewing, so if you forget to turn it off it’s not just burning up all the pieces inside like our last machine. Will update if we have any malfunctions or issues. So far it’s been great to have !

Update March 29.2023: I was able to contact the seller directly and had immediate response. They are sending out a new lid! I did have to complete a form and include model#, model date (located on the bottom of unit), original receipt, purchased from and include photos. I am extremely impressed with how this was handled and response time. Customer service was spot on! I would definitely recommend this unit. March 29.2023: I purchased this as a house warming gift. Great simple coffee maker with a hot pot of fresh brew within 7mins! Simple minimal design with a couple flaws. 1) make sure to pour over the sink this does leak. 2) the lid push lever broke after 6 months. Would I recommend this product...Yes, several reasons. It makes a fresh brew (no bitters) within 7mins. I have read comments regarding flavor of coffee I suspect they are not using fresh (whole bean) grind at home. I like the carafe. I like the simple design with one push button on/off design. This all being said after the hefty price tag I feel the lid design and leaky pour should definitely NOT be happening. I have had other pricey models with heated reservoir and 6 minute drip. The Bonavita makes a perfect cuppa in 7mins and without a bitter taste, this model fits under the cabinet. Good looking sleek design, and great customer service.
