I was very excited to use this, but I don’t know if I’m not using correctly because it makes not rocket science, the filter kept getting clogged. I put it 8 cups of coffee and only 4 cups were made. Could it be the actual filters? Or the valve not opening enough?

  • For a long time we've had a basic Keurig Coffee Maker, but now that we have the Keurig K-Cafe, coffee has become more fun! We still use the machine to make basic 'K-Cup' coffee, but as a treat a few times a week or on weekends, we now make lattes or cappuccinos. Tip: We have found out through trial and error that some plant-based milks work better than others. We prefer the plant based small boxes of 'creamers', some of which are flavored. We normally brew a 8 or 10oz mug of coffee, then whip up the creamer in the cappuccino froth dispenser and pour it on top of the black coffee. I also like making hot matcha drinks using matcha powder. We really need to experiment a bit more with the machine, but we are very happy with it so far. It sure beats paying around $5 for a fancy coffee drink locally. You can also use a reusable 'basket' style K-Cup and fill it with coffee grinds, if you're concerned with filling the landfills with plastic K-Cups. :) It's one of those items where you think 'How did we ever do without this before'?!!

I like the cool look of this coffee maker and would love to give it 5 stars except the print on the buttons starting wearing off after 6 months and now a year and half later have no print left on some. Too bad because this is my only gripe.

  • Works perfect. BUT when I got it the red nostalgia label was coming off. The pink does not match the nostalgia microwave pink. Also the filter is slightly aggravating putting in and out. The container is huge for me. But the look is wonderful and my coffee is delicious as usual.

  • It's so easy to use and makes delicious espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos at home. The automatic milk frother is a great feature, as it does all the work for me.

  • This is exactly what I was looking for! My old coffee maker, a 5 cup as well, recently broke and I had to replace it with one of the same size. So I found this little guy, it’s smaller, more compact and less bulky. Perfect for smaller spaces and just the right size for one or two people. The only thing that’s missing is an automatic off switch that my other one had. You just gotta be careful with this one and make sure to turn it off when finished using. Other than that, enjoy!

  • This machine makes a very smooth cup of coffee. I noticed an improvement in taste and drinkability compared to my previous traditional coffee maker. Being able to make cold brew is great. It taste as good as my local coffee shop! Scheduling my morning coffee has never been easier. I wake up to my morning coffee ready thanks to the easy scheduling feature. Being able to fine tune your cup/mug size is really nice. I’m able to make a full pot of coffee, half a pot, or other mug sizes. Having the external water tank is very convenient. Being external, it lets me easily clean and refill the tank. A great feature is the dripstop function that keeps your warming plate clean. Overall I highly recommend this Braun MultiServe Plus Drip coffee system, it has all the great features any coffee drinker will enjoy.

  • This is the second single serve coffee maker I've gotten in the last month. I like this one far better than the first one. This may seem like a simple thing, but I like knowing when I've got the maximum amount of water in the reservoir, and this has the maximum marked. It quickly brews a nice hot cup of coffee without boiling the water. I love the choice between using coffee grounds or k-cups. It's just amazing what you can fit into a single serve these days. Now, my mom feels like she's living in an airbnb because she doesn't have to come all the way downstairs to get it. The white color is subtle and blends right into the decor. The only reason I took a star off is because they claim if you wait 12 to 15 seconds after it finishes brewing, it won't drip. Well, it does drip. I don't much care. I'd be amazed if there's a coffee maker out there at any price that doesn't drip. But you can't make a claim and then not back it up, and some people might care, so off goes that one star. Otherwise, this is a great little coffee maker.

  • Although the box it came in looked like a “return item” from a discount store…the French press looked like the pic. Except the brushed copper has lots of black strokes and not as shiny.

  • Working from home now, I missed my downtown soy lattes. Could not find anyone who made a decent one in my neighborhood. The final straw came when I paid $7 plus $1 tip for a small one that was mediocre at best. So, after doing a bit of research, I settled on this product, in the green. It took a bit of time to figure out how to get good foam, so there is a learning curve. But with practice, I got it down and I’m quite happy now. And mine are every bit as good as what I enjoyed downtown.

  • These 2 pieces were in my box but there's nothing in the instructions to say where it goes or what it's for ..?

This was a christmas gift for my wife and it eas just what she wanted. It is easy to set up, few parts, intuitive design and best of all, works great. I don't mind too much having to remove the base where cups sit if they are a bit tall but it would be better if design had contemplated slight larger cups. no big deal. But the Keurig works lake a charm! Picked the red and it looks grat in my kitchen.

Pros: Comes with a reusable filter. The filter works great and no grounds were in my cup when it was done brewing. Cons: It takes a long time for the brewing to start. I turned on the coffee maker, completed my morning routine of feeding the cats and taking out the dog, and when I got back in the house it still hadn’t started dripping into the mug yet. If you fill the coffee maker to the max line with water, it only brews a half a mug of coffee. Had to run it twice to fill up a standard size coffee mug. If you have time in the morning to wait at least 30 minutes for a full mug of coffee while babysitting the maker to refill it at least once, then purchase. Otherwise, I’d recommend getting a different coffee maker and putting a vinyl WWE sticker on it instead. If it wasn’t for the two mugs it comes with, I would be returning this item.

  • I wanted to get into cold brew coffee cause it produces a less acidic product, on top of, I only drink iced coffee, so why not? I really like this coffee maker. It is super easy to clean and use. The fliter works great, if you do it right, you will not get any coffee grounds in your coffee. You do have to strain it with a coffee filter before enjoying, which from everything I’ve read online, is completely normal. Cold brew gets a “coffee sludge” byproduct. Attached are pictures of how I strain it and what I’m talking about. I get about 3-4 days worth of coffee from each pot. I do wish it were more, but the coffee maker is the perfect size to fit in my fridge door. I also really like that it is glass and not plastic. It is well worth the $20, I highly recommend.

  • Pleasantly surprised! I bought this from the manufacturer direct. I was a little apprehensive going in. I have fallen in love with this thing. So easy. I debated buying a $1100+ espresso machine and figured I would try this first. I use a dry espresso roast ground almost as fine as my breville grinder will do. Cycle a preheat pass through the Nanopresso, then an extraction cycle, it is quick an pretty efficient considering. For the price this is hands down an awesome device. Not sure what the 1 stars reviewers are complaining about?
