I did not check measurements before ordering.Unit is tall and fortunately fits in the cabinet space above, but as you can see from pics is too tall to open if I moved it towards the front. But as long as it's back towards the wall I can open the top to change the kcup.Large visible water reservoir. Coffee quality better because it pokes multiple holes in the k cup. Overall I'm happy - just wish it were slightly shorter.

I read all the reviews all over the web and was excited to purchase and use this coffee maker. It’s pretty, but quite large and makes a decent cup of coffee. But unless you like a lengthy and impossible cleaning process every time you use it, do not buy this product! My photos show the grinds and residue that were created by brewing just one pot of coffee! And btw, setting the machine for “5 cups” only produces about 20 ounces of coffee. As you can see, the grinds don’t just accumulate in the filter basket like they’re supposed to. Instead they adhere to the top of the filter holder and the underside of the brewer. That round grey disc then has to be removed every time. But that square that you see is set in and just accumulates the grinds and gunk as the coffee is brewed and the steam travels upward. They give you a cheap plastic brush to try to clean it but it can’t possibly do the job, and that area is gooey and discolored after just one use. The situation is worse when you brew just a cup, as the grinds splatter out of the smaller filter basket that you use for this purpose, and coffe splatters a bit outside your cup. You’re much better off with a separate burr grinder and brewer. This coffee maker is a big overpriced mess of a product.

Bought this as I typically prefer cold brew over ‘normal’ coffee (idk why 🤷🏻‍♀️). I’ve used it a handful of times and I love it. It’s the perfect size for one person, although if coffee is your main drink of choice (meaning you drink more than 1-2 cups daily) you may want a bigger pitcher. Besides that, it is easy to clean. Filter where grounds go it removable.

This didn’t last it started leaking then stop coming on plus the place where the cup goes doesn’t keep it hot because it’s not a hot plate. This is just a cheap plastic coffee cup brewer. See photos

Said goodbye to my name brand pod using coffee maker. No more hot water flowing through plastic. This 34oz pour over glass coffee maker, simple, basic, easy to clean and looks so good on the kitchen counter.

I’m not usually one to write a negative review but I simply couldn’t at least share our most recent experience with coffeemakers.us.com. We are prime members, have been for a few years now and have yet to have an issue like this. However, after having this experience it makes me question on ordering future things from coffeemakers.us.com. I have been wanting this Breville Espresso Machine for a while now and finally got myself to make the purchase. Upon purchasing, I was notified it would be on back order for over 1 month. I was disappointed, but knew that what would be coming would be well worth the wait…but boy was I wrong. Upon opening the box the machine REEKED of coffee grinds. Not that I have a problem with the scent itself, but the fact that it most likely meant this machine was used. After opening the machine it was clear as day that we were sent a very much USED machine when we paid the price to receive a NEW one. And when I say used, I don’t mean just opened and then repackaged. I mean used to make multiple coffees. Splatter stains all over. Coffee grinds everywhere. Scratched all over. Pictures attached for reference. When you’re spending this kind of money on a machine, it’s not to receive something in this condition. I am just beside myself with how coffeemakers.us.com could let something like this get by. When calling customer service the only thing they could offer me was a refund 3 days following dropping off to a UPS store and a measly $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I will be reordering this appliance, but not through coffeemakers.us.com. It’s clear that they can’t differentiate new and used appliances.

This is a wonderful product. Heavy stainless that holds up to camping use and nice enough to use everyday at home. The wood handle is especially nice.

I really wanted to like it. I broke my 35 yr old glass press and decided to see if this keeps things hotter. Yes, a bit hotter, a bit longer. However, it left a LOT of grounds in each cup. You can even feel the grit as you drink. I take my coffee with cream so it’s very obvious. I’ve been grinding beans and pressing for 35 yrs, I know the proper sized grind to use. This has never happened in my old pot. Ever. Sadly, I’m returning this nice looking, but bad performing pot.

Looks beautiful and the style from 1950s retro coffee machine it look is really nice on the outside! but the inside is made of complete plastic so I’m disappointed because if you heat up plastic over and over everyday and digest the chemicals with your hot coffee you could end up with cancer or illness? also filling the coffee maker with water from the coffee pot “ is awkward because of the design” for the price I paid this” it should be all Mental inside

This is the worst coffee maker I’ve ever used. It smells like plastic is burning when you use the grind feature, **extremely difficult to clean** , cheap thin carafe glass, and now the spring drip just broke. We didn’t keep the box and honestly do not feel like we should have to go through the hassle of traveling to make a return on an item that should’ve never been sold in the first place.

I wish we could take the filter off without having to remove the ENTIRE top. It's also a pain to have to pour the water in ever so slowly otherwise the ground beans would overflow. Maybe a mesh cap for this? Aside from these two things I've used it non stop. Fits PERFECTLY in my fridge so that I can still fit many other things in that space.

This coffee maker is so easy to use and it makes a great, hot pot of coffee. Simple and elegant for a clean look. I like all of the glass and clear water reservoir - it really shows off your backsplash and minimizes the look of the coffee pot.

I absolutely love this machine! I've had it only a few days but it works flawlessly and brews great tasting coffee. Just be aware that certain K-Cups don't taste well (at no fault of the Keurig). It's a fun, quick adjustment in comparison to any standard coffee maker. And there are tons of accessories and flavors to try. You can even brew your everyday coffee with a reusable K-Cup filter by Keurig and other sellers. They've really thought of everything.

I'm putting it in my air bnb so I hope it'll hold up well. The maker seems fine as I tried brewing at home to make sure it'll work. Some stated it stopped working over time but I will update if that's the case. All seems fine for now and the coffee pods are easy better than Keurig sanitary wise

Got this for my wife for Christmas in October. Opened and it was clearly repackaged. Item was dirty, used, and had dents in the stainless steel. Outside the return window. Awful experience
