  • I like it so much. I can make my coffee or tea whenever I want. I don't have a dislike. The lid don't leak if you put it on right. It's weath my money. And it's fixed on my counter and don't take up a lot of space.

Despite size of coffee maker, only makes 5 cups of coffee at 11.5 ounces per cup., (1) The Chinese manufacture decided to make the hole where the coffee pours through the darn smal holel, that it takes exactly a quarter of a minute to fill a 11.5 ounce cup of coffee. VERY SLOW TO POUR. (2) The very small hole is placed so close to the top of the coffee pot that as you tip the coffee pot over to start pouring coffee, the coffee will pour out of the top edge of the pot. So you have to be very careful. (3) The lid is so tight you have to pull EXTREMELY hard. This also makes pulling the lid off while the coffee is still hot very tricky, even dangerous. So if you need to remove the coffee grinds right away, like I do, then this is very tricky to do without burning yourself. Even when the coffee pot is not hot, it’s extremely difficult to get the lid off. As a man, despite I have muscle power, I still must pull really hard to remove the lid. (4) There is no on or off switch. Unplugging it is the only way to turn it off. Such an expensive well built coffee pot you would think there would be a toggle switch. (5) Warning under coffee pot not to use commercially. Meaning this coffee pot may overheat if we try to make pots of coffee back to back? Setting aside all the above it does an awesome job. Perfect taste every time. Yes, some coffee grains get into the coffee though. You can hear it start to boil within five seconds of plugging it in. Coffee ready in about ten minutes. Note: it’s made in China might explained why there are so many issues. Would not have bought it knowing it was made in China. Sorry about that.

  • I'm disappointed in the color but it's too much of a bother to return and order another one

  • I've been longing for this machine and finally got it. It's pretty and easy to use. I recommend the "espresso" or "double espresso", not the "coffee" though. I don't like the strong flavor coffee but the "espresso" (with some ice or water or milk) tastes really good, or much better than the coffee capsule.

  • Had this unit for a couple of weeks now and I am really enjoying how easy and convenient it is to use. No paper filters are required so that's nice. There's nothing to plug in so you can use it anywhere. I can totally see myself taking it along on a road trip or camping. A quick rinse with warm water between brews is all the clean up that you need most of the time. For periodic deep cleaning the unit is easy to take apart and only has a few pieces. The quality seems good and I expect it will last a long time given a reasonable amount of care. Cold steeping the coffee definitely makes it less acidic and produces a more mellow flavor. If you are a cold brew fan this is a great product. PS-be careful with the thin gaskets that seal top and bottom of the middle section to avoid the leaking problems that some have experienced.

  • The ceramic coffee dripper enriches morning with its flawless design, optimal heat retention, and effortless cleanup. It’s the essential tool for crafting exceptional coffee experience, surpassing all expectations.

  • I'm so I'm love with this coffee maker! Sometimes I like to make a whole pot of coffee so that I can use it for cold coffee and my husband is usually the only one that makes hot coffee. We did have 2 different pots set up for single and 12cup and now just use this one. It's perfect for us, easily load the water in back and have it ready to go. Can easily switch the single serve basket for the larger basket and flip up the platform for the carafe. Can make 8, 10, 12 oz single or 6, 10, 14 cups.

I love shiny kitchen gagedty things. I love them, but a week after buying them, I start to see the first signs of a love affair gone wrong when a fingerprint shows up and won't come off. At this point, it won't be long before I become so offended by that fingerprint, I'll tuck the offending item away in the cabinet somewhere. This is not the case with the Bellemain coffee press. I've had it about two weeks now, and I've yet to see so much as a discoloration on the surface. It is still just as shiny as the day I unboxed it. I've never put it in the dishwasher and although the company says you can, I think things like this never come out looking the same once you do. I hand wash it and immediately dry it, and I think that makes a big difference in shiny maintenance. My coffee stays warm for a little over an hour, which was a huge selling point for me--the glass press just wasn't cutting it. This press is much heavier than your traditional press, so if you have weak wrists, an injury or arthritis, keep that in mind before you decide to purchase.

  • FINALLY something affordable, effective and good quality! It’s definitely worth what you pay for but nonetheless I’m obsessed with it! Thank you!

  • Ok sooo…I was really excited about this. I WANTED to love this. The machine itself does feel really flimsy but it does brew the coffee. The pic is how small it actually is compared to my normal travel cup. I followed instructions and it says only one scoop of coffee for a cup? That coffee was far too weak, I’d say you need at LEAST 2 heaping scoops for a decent cup of coffee. Even the buttons are flimsy. The instructions say to run it first with just water, which I did with no problem, and I instantly realized the cup was EXTREMELY hot. Then I went to run a cup of coffee directly afterwards and the ON button did not want to activate. The buttons themselves are so cheap. This is a pass for me.

  • This is not my first Black and Decker coffee maker; the last one I had lasted many years and did a fine job. This dual brew model is well built and well designed. The controls are intuitive, the K-cup works, or use the K-cup sized basket, or the larger filter option. The water heated quickly, and the coffee came out perfectly. The filter assembly was easy to pull out and clean. No complaints!

  • I am in love with my new Glass French Press by Grosche.  This may be my new favorite way of brewing a cup of tea. I order the small French press in red.  There is also a larger model available but for my purpose I love the small one because it is perfect to brew just one cup of tea. I have never owned a French press before and didn't know if it would actually work but it did an outstanding job.  Not one tea particle ended up in my finished cup of tea and somehow my tea tastes even better.  Perhaps because the tea leaves have more room to dance around.   I used a plastic spoon to stir it around a little before I used the plunger to slowly push the leaves to the bottom of the glass.  Then I poured a perfect cup of tea. This comes in a nice box and would make a great gift.   One neat thing I noticed is that the Grosche company has a project where they create 5 days of safe drinking water for someone in need from this purchase.  It is always nice when company's give back to those in need. I must disclose that I received a discount on this product as part of a promotion in exchange for an unbiased and honest product review.  Therefore my review is not based on the price of the item but rather how well it works.   My review is based on my own personal experience.  I will update my review if necessary.  Please let me know if it is helpful to you by clicking like below.  Thank you!

My first French Press. I started drinking coffee again and having given away my Mr. Coffee I needed something not taking up too much counter space and wanted GOOD coffee. I ordered the San Fransisco Bay coffee (decaf and regular) which is very good. I already had a bean grinder. As directed, I only pulse the gender maybe 3 times to keep the beans somewhat coarse. If the beans are ground too fine, the filter can't capture the grounds. I have made some of the best coffee I've ever had. But all in the eyes of the beholder, right? To put in perspective I like McDonalds coffee and HATE Starbucks. I haven't made one cup that I didn't like. They recommend 1 tablespoon of ground coffee to 4 oz. of water. This works well. 4 oz isn't much and the smallest I've made is about 8 oz with 2 tablespoons of coffee. Agree that it is a commitment to use the French Press in that I created a little coffee 'bar' on my counter. Makes me feel sophisticated (or European ha-ha). I ground some beans for a few days in advance so to have it ready to go. Just add the coffee grounds to the press, add boiling water (I microwave it in a glass measuring cup), stir after adding about 1/2 the water, finish adding water and let it steep for 5 minutes. By the way, the coffee grounds can be used on Roses and other plants (not all plants like coffee grounds). I made it for a friend today who said he misses good coffee and he really liked it!
