Product box was wet, product had coffee stains on it and used coffee pod still in the machine. Wondering why it was returned the first time and why someone returned with coffee still in it.

Excellent flavor, easy to clean and can be left on a warm burner!

So this is a day 1, first impression review. Will update later if needed. Got the this stainless steel 12 cup thermos style unit last night. Set it up this morning. Easy peasy. Beautiful machine. I love that the inside is all stainless and there is no coating in the carafe. After the initial setup, doing the suggested 1 pot water only run, and then brewing a pot of coffee, this one seems like a keeper. I love the reusable filter basket. That was a requirement for any maker I chose. It brews a full pot quite quickly. There is not mess or extra drips when you pull the pot out mid-brew. The pour is neat and tidy without splashing and slopping everywhere. And my coffee stayed nice and HOT in the carafe all day, without the heating element being left on. I made the full pot at 10:00 and when I came for a half cup pick me up at 5, it was still steamy! What? Heck yes! As a homeschool mom, it is nice to think I could actually have a hot cup of coffee whenever I have a minute to myself. Also, the outside of the carafe stays cool to the touch. I'm super impressed with everything about this machine so far. Hoping it lasts a good, long time! UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have begun the return process one week in. I like the other things I posted before, but there is an AWFUL problem with grounds overflowing the basket and getting into the carafe. I mean, a LOT of grounds. Also, I never really saw a lot of coffee on the plate, just a drip or two, but when I wiped it with a paper towel, it was just completely coffee covered. And when I wiped the rim of the plate, the materials of the maker shifted enough that my papertowel went between the rim and the base plate, and LOTS of moisture was getting on the paper towel. I finally gave up trying to dry it out. No wonder there are so many pictures of rusted bases. It probably just seeps down into the unit that way. So I'm returning mine while it is still in the return window and maybe just going back to my trusty French press.

I was so excited to get this. What a nice looking espresso machine. I set it up by my Keurig, so I can have the best of both worlds. I fixed me an espresso as soon as I unpacked and ran a trial cup of water thru the system. It tasted so good. I put a little stevia and hazelnut flavoring I’ve never had an espresso machine before, so I still need a little more practice. I know I will use this a lot.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my review and honest opinion. I ordered the Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker in grey by EZE Homegoods. The product is a clear plastic bottle with grey trim. It includes a twist off lid with a smaller twist off lid to drink from. The bottle also has a grey nylon feeling carry strap and thin rubber grip around the middle of the bottle.The bottle is made of bpa free plastic, holds 28 ounces of beverage and will fit in your car cup holder. This product works best with larger ground fresh beans. If you don't have those on hand you can brew the coffee in a regular brewer and add to your bottle. After loading the bottler with ground beans and water or fresh brewed coffee all you have to do is leave in the fridge over night to chill. I chilled some over night then added my favorite creamer, sweeter, gave a good stir and enjoyed a fun treat. This item can also be used with tea, water or as a fruit water infuser.

I really love this new coffee machine. It fits perfectly under my cabinets and with the sliding filter feature I don’t need to move it back and forth constantly to use. I love how the water tank comes out and how easy everything is to clean. I like that I can make so many various coffees and teas in various sizes. I love everything about this machine EXCEPT for the sludge. I switched from using kcups to this machine and still had some left over. I opened the cups and put the grinds into the mesh filter which works. However this mesh filter doesn’t hold the finer coffee grinds resulting in a layer of thick coffee sludge and grinds at the bottom of the coffee cup. I wish I would have read the reviews because now I have to buy paper coffee filters to put into my mesh filter in order to use properly and not have this nasty layer at the bottom. I haven’t tried with bag coffee grinds yet but I’m sure I’ll have the same issue

My boyfriend bought me this for my birthday due to the fact he felt I was spending too much money at Starbucks (oops!). I have had it for a month now and I love it! No, it is not going to make a latte exactly like your local barista does, but it is close enough to make me happy. Really easy to work, add in a cup max of water, fill the compartment with a few tablespoons of grounds, add milk to the appropriate line in the pot, and flip the switch to begin. Takes a few minutes to brew, and I use espresso beans and skim milk. FYI it comes with a few paper filters so I bought a $6 permanent filter off coffeemakers.us.com instead. To the users who had issues with the glass shattering on the pot, the only thing I have done to try to prevent the same from happening is to wait until the pot has cooled to clean. Otherwise I'll just be hopeful! For the cost and after reading all of the reviews, I am happy with my latte maker!

We broke our French press and shopped for a replacement. This came up and we thought we would try it out. We love it! It’s perfect for two of us and I think this method makes our coffee taste better. It’s durable and an attractive set. Glad we bought it! Highly recommend!

Love small footprint, measure and cute kitty.🌈 If you’re a butterfingers or dislike hand washing, I would pass. But for anyone looking for single serving French press that’s functional and fun; buy this! Just don’t overfill so that the filter catches all the grinds and you’re golden.

Why 3 stars? I opened my box and the products was exactly like the pictures you see... all dirty, water actually in the water chamber of the machine and the base obviously used and cushioned feet uneven. I did buy a used one in November 2022 a new model and it lasted until October 2023, handle broke off. I decided to buy a more sturdy handled one new, but got this. I did not send it back. I was able to clean everything and my expressos are great. I love the size and it travels well when I visit others. I need my expresso!!! LOL

Two kinds of leaks. The pot doesn’t reach all the way to the button that releases the coffee from the basket so it leaked all over the first day. I have to put something under the pot so it’s able to receive the coffee. And when you pour it Leaks all over the place because the poor bat is too big. Cheaply made going back.

I'm not gonna lie, I was intimidated reading the manual. Once I unboxed it, followed the on screen instructions plus the book instructions, it was easy and I was hooked! I went through the first tank of water tasting the difference with fresh grounds, already ground, regular and decaf, with and without milk. I loved every bit of it. I'm so happy and geeked up on caffine. Who needs a transmission pulled? I got you! 🤣

I have been using Yama vacuum pots for years and love the flavor and mad scientist vibe. I also use coffee grounds in my garden as a mulch -- these come out nice and dry without the hassle of paper filters. HOWEVER, the last one I bought (locally, not from coffeemakers.us.com) imploded on its second use. I am wondering if this is a new quality control problem -- I never had this problem in the past.
