  • While I do like this coffee maker, and it makes coffee well, it does have some shortcomings. The control buttons have the little bars lit, NOT the text of what the buttons do, so I can't read the button text when the lights are lit up. I've now memorized what each button does, but would rather have the text lit for readability. I like to use paper filters for the ground coffee, and that just doesn't fly with this filter basket - the grounds all floated up, and the basket overflowed into the receptacle and up to the bottom surface of the lid and was a total mess to clean up. The filter basket works fine without a paper filter in it, but you do get some residue in the coffee cup and the filter basket needs to be cleaned more than just tossing a paper filter. I do love the water reservoir since I only brew a cup or two a day and it's nice not having to do the water for every cup. The instructions don't say what the difference is between hot brew and bold, and I didn't notice any difference using either setting. The other drawback to this coffee maker is that I can't use my re-usable k-cup in the k-cup holder or in the filter basket. The coffee maker does fit nicely in my RV kitchen, and looks very nice. It makes coffee fast and isn't as loud as my older single cup coffee maker. The included k-cup holder is a nice addition.

  • I love this machine and it is the best one I have bought yet. First, it is so quiet, you will probably forget you made coffee. I love that it doesn't beep too. It doesn't make a single gurgling sound even towards the end of the brew. It has all the basic features like pause and serve, program for future time, brew strength, clock, auto off, etc. Carafe really is no drip. Pour yourself a cup without worry.

  • Mostly, it's what you'd expect. I've used the same pod brand across multiple Keurig machines. This one is not my favorite for the cup brew. The insulated pot is great. Easy to wash. Doesn't leak or drip around my cup like the Cuisinart brand insulated pots seem to do. I'm not sure I'm crazy about the deep tube lid. Well see how cleaning goes over time. My biggest complaint is the splatter when making pods. It splatters a lot. The images are today's splatter. It's best if I put a large can of chicken under the cup to hold it closer to the mess maker. I think they could do better.

I have already replaced this, since I do not have another coffee option. This was never in the dishwasher, and treated gently. I chipped, see pic, and is totally useless. I purchased another unit, from Walmart, and threw this whole thing out. Black and Decker used to make a decent inexpensive product. I had to give this one star, or I could not post, but honestly, 5 months use out of a $35 purchase, is not worth it.

So I first made a cappuccino with this machine and it turned out okay. The espresso tastes kinda thin. I made adjustments to the coffee and tried again and made an espresso only drink and it was still on the thinner side. It seems like no matter what I do, it comes out thin and there's not a rich taste to it (even using more expensive espresso beans). It's not bad but I prefer my drinks to taste more rich than what this produces. On the plus side, it's not super loud and it was easy to figure out. Some espresso machines are so complicated and don't work half the time so it was a breath of fresh air to finally get one that works. I will still use this for at home drinks because they aren't that bad but if you are a real coffee snob, this may not be for you.

This is a very nice upgrade to my coffee station. It allows for the brewing of a single cup of fresh coffee. This coffee maker allows for pod or regular coffee brewing with attachments for creating your own single-serving coffee grind and tea containers. There are settings for multiple cup sizes. Just be sure to remove the red silicone stopper at the bottom of the water container.

  • Great quality coffee pour over set, I bought paper filters for it and enjoying fresh coffee every day !

  • The coffee machine is beautiful and easy to use. Coffeet has strong aroma and adjustable temperature. It can also make iced coffee. Great!

  • Pro: Purchased a month ago. Love it and recommend it. Looks nice on my counter top. Coffee taste great. Cons: to me, automatic timer shuts off too quickly. I’m a slow coffee drinker and second cup has to be microwaved. Not a big problem but ……..

  • This K cup maker is so quiet... I didn't even know it was working. It is pretty quick and WOW it make a yummy cup of coffee! I love the cup size changer and the k cups work perfectly in the machine. Easy to use and small, doesn't take up much room on your counter top. Great for tiny home and camper!!!

I bought this dispite the reviews. Whoever gave this a crappy review is not using it right. I worked as a coffee girl in my twenties and I know how to make lattes, etc... This works just as good as those $500 machines. I was extremely surprised. I made myself some cold foam this morning and OMG! I made a caramel latte with some expresso from Starbucks and just grinded it to fine with my grinder. I put it in, gave it a tap and 3 minutes later I had a latte. Everything this unit says it does, IT DOES. You will not be disappointed. It's easy to clean up as well. Now I am saving time and money. Don't have to wait 30 minutes in line to get what I want nor pay almost $6.00 a cup. This is great. If you really want a treat, just refridgerate your expresso over night. Enjoy it with ice in the morning with your favorite syrup, cream or milk. OMG! For the price of this machine I am surprised it was not more expensive. Kudos to IMUSA. I am buying another machine for my friends. What a gift to give. For the price? Are you kidding me? This is awesome!

  • Good coffee pot for every day but I found two flaws. First let me tell you that I purchased this coffee pot in October of 2015. The first few brewing cycles it smelled a little found inside but I didn't find it to change the flavor of my coffee. After maybe 3 or 4 cycles it was already gone. So when you open it don't be alarmed. There's nothing wrong with it. Brew your coffee a few times and you'll get over it. Some "perks:" it brews quickly, coffee is very hot which is great (once you add cold milk it's still tasty hot coffee), extremely easy to use, looks great on the counter and is programmable. I use it every day and it takes a beating and it's holding up marvelously. The directions on the bags of coffee I have and the water tank are pretty accurate. You may want to adjust how much coffee grounds you are going to use depending on the strength you want but it doesn't take much to figure out and that's with any coffee and coffee pot anyway. Flaws: It shuts off after two hours. You have no control over that. I'd like it to be three hours because I drink my coffee slowly and not everyone in my house wakes up at the same time but whatever. Secondly, it gets VERY dirty- inside the water tank, the basket and inside the area around the basket all gets a coffee buildup of some sort. It's disgusting. I have to clean it often inside. Lastly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, after doing a cleaning today I found wires sticking out from underneath the rim where the water drips through into the coffee pot. If the wires were to break I could have a fire I think. Therefore, until I get a new coffee pot in a few days, I won't be using this anymore because I'm too scared for my safety. I took a video but I can't figure out how to post it. Recap: keep it if you don't see wires sticking out of yours. Otherwise, skip it and buy something else!

  • I've been a Keurig girl for a long time but decided to give this a shot. I really like it. It is smaller while holding just as much water in the tank, taking up less counter space. Easy to clean, easy to refill thr water reservoir, user friendly, and lots of options. I like the wider range of cup sizes, and that you can choose different temperature settings from room temp to hot. It also heats and makes the coffee way faster than my other machine did. The only negative I have found so far is that even if you remove the drip tray, taller cups like 20oz travel mugs don't fit under the spout. Not a deal breaker, just something of note.

This is my second unit. The first was broken on arrival. The pin on the bottom of the swing out basket was broken off so the whole basket just fell off if you pulled it out. This one leaks clean water under the unit. It turns out to be a split/gashed silicone elbow in the top of the brew head.
