I love this!! I make my espressos and lattes. Waited to purchase this during Prime deals, do not regret it at all. You can use ground espresso, i prefer the espresso pods(less mess) either way not disappointed.
Works as advertised. The coffee pod that comes with it works great and I'm now using a LOT!! less coffee. The coffee was hot, fast and when I set it for 8oz, it stopped at exactly 8oz. The damage to the box was the fault of coffeemakers.us.com not the company.
I need one cup coffee a day and this is perfect for me . I can use ground coffee or kcup. Brew is very good and easy to clean the parts . Thanks
DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Everytime I use the kcup side which is the main side I need, it stops flowing a quarter of the way and then bursts out a ton of coffee grounds into the cup and the top part by the needles creating an enormous mess!! I have read everything I can, made sure the water is filled, I tried 120z, 10oz, 8oz and they all do the same thing! Save your money! This was a Christmas present to myself for my new house and I can't even use it. Not a happy caffeine addict.
2/16 Update: Bought a second unit since we were so please. NOT SO NOW! I don’t know if they changed the pot or we got a defective unit but this one now drips out the side of the pot when poured. I have tried everything: screwing the top on harder, looser, pouring slower, fast to no avail. And since I threw out the box I now have a pot that will not pour without spilling all over the countertop. This once perfect coffee maker is now a disaster and I am not pleased. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for satisfaction. Bonavita, are you listening? What did you change, how can I solve this issue??????? NO LONGER TRUE! There is nothing better than Bonavita in the higher end coffee maker market. You can spen a lot more, but why? We have owned the 8 cup and went to the smaller size to fit under out kitchen cabinets. Coffee brews hot, stays hot in the thermal pot, and tastes out of this world. I heartily recommend this coffee brewer.
i love using this to make my cold brew! It’s sleek and looks fancy. A bit pricey but Im very happy with it! Makes awesome cold brew!
I don't typically write reviews, especially for something as trivial as a coffee maker, but this was an interesting journey. I had an ancient, by comparison, Keurig B55 that most resembles the "Classic" model they offer currently. Probably going on 11 years, it finally died. Up until that point, this portion of my counter was basically a coffee station, forcing me to do all my kitchen prep to the right of the stove, keeping the shrine to caffeine unadulterated. I was stunned at all the variants of the Keurig line. It's almost dizzying and makes it nearly impossible to choose one. Some quick googling showed 60+ models, most of which are still sold. Do I need 5 cup sizes (5oz - 14oz)? How about a "strong" setting? Does it do anything? A screen? Or a timer? Or a larger reservoir? What about no reservoir? Seriously, the paradox of choice here is maddening. Having come from a "screened" maker in my previous model, I ended up opting for the K200 model. This one is about 3" less wide that my previous maker, so that was nice. Unfortunately, it had a few issues that I simply could not work around. - The reservoir is U-shaped and honestly very awkward to negotiate both from a refilling and removing perspective. Especially if it's under a cabinet, and you want to refill from a refrigerator water dispenser, as I do. - The coffee was simply not hot enough. Not sure if I got a bum unit, or that's how it is, but it was significantly less hot than what I was used to. - No auto shut-off. Seriously. I thought this was a basic in coffee makers. This, probably the biggest deal-breaker of them all, though, mildly hot coffee was a close second. Enter the K-Slim. I was skeptical because the reviews were, pun intended, no so hot. But the price was right, and I really liked the idea of a sub five-inch width coffee maker on my countertop. This model only has 3 cup sizes, but has the same 40oz reservoir as the K200. Even better, it's a simple rectangle design that I can maneuver easily to and fro my fridge. Having the extra counter space has been such a nice benefit. But moreso, the coffee is hot and, so far, the machine reliable. What I like: - The coffee (Caza Trail Cona Blend) is as hot and tastes as good, possibly even stronger, than my old model - Auto Shut-Off! Unit turns off after 5 minutes of last brew. That might seem aggressive but... - Really fast water heat-up time. I was really amazed. From off to coff(ee) was only a minute or two, obviating the need for a clock/timer function. - Easy/obvious to use, and I really like the "level" drop in hole for the k-cup. All my others were at an angle for some reason. - Amazingly diminutive size for the countertop reclaim. What I don't like: - Maybe one smaller cup size? But that's it. Really happy so far with this unit. Hoping it lasts me as long as the last one did.
I love the fact that it can be poured or drank from directly even while the grounds are in there. The pictures don’t do it justice but the way it is designed keep the grounds away but still let you drink. It is a little on the small side. I pretty much drink what I make each day.
Plug this into a timer and have hot coffee when you wake up! East to read outside fill level. Not noisy and less than 5 min cooking time.
I am a proffesional barista and I LOVE cold brew. It is one of my favorite ways to brew coffee and this cute jar does an amazing job! The favors are great, its well désigned and very easy to clean and use. I love it! I recommend this all the time to anyone looking for an easy way to make coldbrewed coffee at home. I do think its a bit pricey for what it is, but you are definitely paying for quality.
Súper llego a tiempo y ya la usé y ningún ptomblema me encantó la recomiendo
I like this coffee maker very much. It works well and makes good coffee. The removable tank is nice and a good size for refilling. I did notice a small amount of water would leak out when removing the tank. I fixed that issue with a silicone hose washer which fit perfectly. See picture. The touch controls are also a nice feature. I would recommend it and would buy it again.
Bad production run and quality control. The dimple at the bottom is off center. On top of that, the lid was not screwed in property when shipped and I dropped it onto my countertop as I grabbed the lid to pull it out of the box. It almost damaged/ chipped my countertop. Bad quality and product.
Since my last review regarding the warming tray rusting and parts were unavailable the company reached out to me. Because there was no visible abuse to the coffee maker and because I was under warranty (didn’t know this) the company reached out and sent me a new perfect machine!!!! Best customer service ever!!! I love this company and their products.
