I had high hopes for this coffee maker. The photos and blurbs about using glass instead of paper coffee filters looked promising. The packaging is beautiful and the glass components and ceramic bases are solid and good looking. I followed the directions to the letter (grinding beans to “medium” using my burr grinder)and the result was a cup of coffee with at least a 1/4 teaspoon full of coffee grounds. (See photo). The holes in the glass filter are far too big and let way too many grounds pass through. I won’t be using this again.
The auto off doesn’t turn off with any consistency It floods your grounds making it plum to the top of the lid and then either caking itself on the lid or falling in between the filter and the basket which clogs the drip either giving you a mess, giving you horrible coffee or giving you a pool of stale brown water and grounds in the bottom of the basket. The drip stop doesn’t stop anything from dripping .. pull the pot drip drip drip .. it’s like a Chapelle song. I put in 8 cups of water yesterday and got back 6 cups of hot brown … how does that even make sense. Honest review .. it’s great it does a lot of things but it executes them poorly and don’t even get me started on the water filter plug that gets moldy more than anything .. and we have a whole house water softener! I literally hate this coffee machine
This Swiss company is known for its amazing quality machinery! This comes very well boxed. It comes preset with several options that you can change later on like the grind of the beans, but I found all of the preset options to be amazing and I haven’t change them as of yet. This machine has a big foot print! But once you taste the quality of the espresso, cappuccino or latte‘s you won’t care trust me on that. The water heats up very quickly, it rinses both the espresso and the milk tube with both hot water and steam. There are several options to choose, and because I like a big cup of cappuccino first thing in the morning, I just hit the double button and then hit the cappuccino option and I get a double cappuccino in no time flat! It also comes with cleaning tablets and descaling tablets. It has a very large manual, I normally go right to the Quickstart but because this was such a massive machine I decided to look through the manual and I was really glad I did. There are some steps that they tell you about in the manual that they don’t tell you about on the QuickStart card and you’ll think something is wrong and you may think the machine is malfunctioning so skip the Quickstart card. Another thing is the first couple of pages just go over safety issues and I never read them, but they were so many pages I decided to glance them over and I was glad that I did because there were several things there that I was glad I knew about. You can use whole beans of course, they do have a chute for ground coffee but why would you do that? I loved the quality of the product it creates, and I loved the quality of the machine itself. I don’t care if it takes up a lot of space on my counter because it’s worth it. I hit a button and I get a amazing cup of cappuccino that is better than anything I can buy. And although the price is up there, if you purchase a grande latte or something similar five days a week it would pay for itself in a year.
This was so simple to use and coffee comes out great. Really easy to wash. I just wish I had bought a bigger one of these!
I bought this coffee maker 9 months ago and at first I really liked it. I got tired of looking at the normal makers with the glass container so I decided to get this fancy looking one here. Well about 3 weeks ago it started to leak coffee. The leak comes from the brewed coffee dispenser, there is a metal plate in the middle of it and this is where it is leaking. The pictures below only shows some of the spilled coffee. I was standing right by the coffee maker trying to get the coffee into my cup as soon as it was brewed and it still leaked quite a bit. Since it is under warranty I sent an email to request a new part, it took about 1 week for them to agree that yes it was under warranty and they would send me a replacement for the damaged part. I had to pay $5.99 for shipping and as of today I still have not received that part. If this happens call them, don't send an email as this only delays the process because they keep asking questions. I don't mind paying the shipping fee as this is very understandable but I do mind that it's been almost 2 weeks since I paid said fee and have yet to received my replacement part. I want some real coffee! After it breaks again in 9 months, I will be going back to the boring coffee maker I had before. I gave it 3 starts because I really liked this product up until it leaked coffee all over my counter top.
I was very hesitant spending this much money on a coffee maker even though I’m a coffee snob. We had a percolator because I didn’t want plastic coffee makers. I read the reviews and had other recommendations for this company, but we love in a camper and I needed something on the smaller side. This fits perfect, with room to spare AND makes the best home brewed coffee I have ever had. All the while using less coffee so I am saving a lot of money on coffee purchases. Definitely worth the money and as good or better than coffee shop coffee! But you do have to use good quality coffee, fyi.
Bought 08/28/2023 in the United States. The product was advertised as being compatible with US voltage, but it is not. The pot is made of plastic - advertised stainless steel. Both the product and its packaging clearly state that it only works with 220-240V, which is the voltage used in Europe. The company even included a small US adapter in the box, as if that would make it work with US voltage. The original device comes with a European plug, and the included US adapter is ineffective. Looks used and the original box is kind of damaged. We recommend avoiding this product and saving your money.

Worth the money and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very simple product but puts out better taste than my coffee maker. This has been my primary way to make coffee since purchase and it has held up really well so far! Easy to clean and is very lightweight. Makes exactly the amount I need for one cup. Great purchase!
The coffee maker itself is compact and makes good coffee. No complaints with the actual functionality of the machine. There are a few things I would like to point out to those who are thinking about buying though: 1. The spout is a little too close to the machine, so some mugs barely fit and you'll have coffee running down the side of the machine. If you use regular mugs for the most part, this may not be that big of a deal, but I wanted to mention it as it was something that I noticed. 2. The spout opening is slightly too short for standard sized tumbler mugs. This is kind of annoying especially when you're trying to get out the door in the morning. The only way to get it to fit is to take the bottom tray out, but then that kind of removes the point of having the tray there. If you don't really use tumblers, or you have a shorter size this might not be an issue for you. 3. The final thing I want to note, is that this little coffee maker can make quite a big splash. While it's dispensing the coffee, it tends to make a bit of a mess. It's not so bad, but it's definitely noticeable and the surrounding area needs cleaning more often than other coffee makers I've had in the past. Overall, the coffee is great and I recommend Keurig as a brand, but this coffee maker does come with some short falls. If these three things were addressed, this coffee maker would be 5/5 stars for me.
It appears to work properly, just as the previous Flexbrew I owned. I was ready for an updated version and this is perfect. The only complaint I have is that it was not clean. I know it was bought used but when I say it was not clean, IT WAS NOT CLEAN!

I brought this coffee machine to add to my office space for my husband. He works from home and most of the time he wants to sip on some hot coffee throughout the mornings and afternoon. What I like about this machine is it shuts off automatically. That makes it safe to use even when kids are around without worrying about forgetting to turn it off on on time. The smell of the coffee in the morning are the best to wake up to.
This is exactly what i was looking for and at a great price. I love bella brand and will for sure be buying more in the future. It's super easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Plus it looks really nice. Love it! I dont understand why this only has 3 star reviews. 5 stars from me!
