You can see in the pic that an “extender” was supposed to be included to help with adding coffee. My pitcher came without it. I didn’t realize it until after I cleaned the pitcher and opened the instructions. Also, I added a pic of the instructions. It says to use two cups of grounds but the holder holds MAYBE 4-5oz of ground coffee. Gonna try a pitcher as is and will be reaching out to the company. Will update review after based on their response. (Ignore my nasally voice in the video lol, my allergies are crazy right now). Update: after using this, the coffee still came out delicious even tho the instructions were wrong and I didn’t get an extender. Maybe the packaging was just wrong? Idk, but bc it still works just fine I’m updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. Ignore the packaging labels and instructions. Just fill the holder with ground coffee to the top and add your water. Update 2: customer service was great! Submitted ticket on their website and the extender was shipped out within 48 hours! Updating to 5 stars as I’m super happy with this product and company corrected the issue immediately

Tried my new coffee pot for the 1st time. It worked like a charm. No issues with it overflowing or not brewing properly. However, I did heed warnings of not making more than 8 cups. I bought a reusable filter. The programmable timer worked like a charm. Coffee is hot! 🥵. Right now I would recommend. Hopefully it functions the same over time.

  • Basic everyday coffee pot with auto timer, it has a filter, but not sure if I really need it since we have filtered water. Plus, doesn’t say how often they need to be replaced or how much additional filters costs. I checked into the filters, they are $12.99 for a 2-pack, 60 day supply. Therefore, $6.50 a month to replace the filter. It’s very light weight, mostly plastic parts, the craft is glass and tall with removable lid for cleaning.

  • Ok, first there is a little tiny bit of cleanup. I left out that you have to toss out the K-CUP when it has cooled off. did my best to get your attention. The coffee maker is a one cup very fast coffee brewer that uses the common K-CUPS or if you prefer your own brew. You can use the included adapter for making coffee of your very own. Did I add it is very fast, yes, it is. Like Really Fast. The whole coffee maker only takes up about the space of an average hand laid onto the countertop. It is really small. The maker also has a reminder when it is time to descale , so no worries and no hoping you're doing it right. I feel it is a great value for the money, and is very, very easy to use, and very quiet, no problems waking up your partner when you just have to have the coffee in the morning. All you have to do is fill the reservoir with the amount of water for your particular cup and in less than a minute you have your brew ready.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned! It makes the best cup of coffee I have ever had from a drip pot. It has a charcoal filter that makes the coffee so clean and fresh tasting and with no sludge! It is so easy to use and to clean. It has an auto start and shut off feature that is easy for me to program. To me, that's one less thing to worry about and a much better start to my day!

Cons: Not at all the “like new” description. It was very poorly boxed for delivery, was dirty, appeared quite scraped up, and top of water container was bent like it had been through the dishwasher or was damaged in shipping. Pros: water container is nice and large, item functions.

  • I only wondered WHY DIDNT I PURCHASED AN ESPRESSO MACHINE SOONER ??!! The best machine ! My husband and i are coffee addicts and i was thinking for awhile to stop buying coffee from coffee shops and make mine and im glad i did! Its literally the easiest machine to use. I kind of got nervous with the reviews that said it is hard to use, so i went to the official nespresso site and read the instructions before i received it so i was prepared! They are so easy plus they have videos as well! Not sure why people complain about the cleaning or how complicated it is to make it work.. its literally easy. People say its expensive but maybe they compare their cost to american cofffee if thats what they only drink. But if youre an espresso/cappuccino fan then definitely you will save money with this one ! Its day 3 and i found myself having like 3 double espresso/cappuccino a day. It doesnt take a long time and im glad i can have some caffeine in seconds! They have such a big flavor selection plus i made small (hidden)instruction for friends and family when they visit

  • For the price, this is a great little pour over. I love the stainless steel screen that I can reuse and reuse and reuse. Easy to keep clean, with the filter out you can easily reach the inside of the carafe to clean. The carafe is made of lab glass with clear graduated markings in cups and milliliters makes coffee preparation a snap.

  • Es una excelente cafetera, muy rápida y el café es exquisito.

  • This little cold press coffee maker is so cool! I love that you can unscrew the filter from the cup and attach the lid that it comes with and just go! It takes only 13 minutes to make this cold pressed coffee. It also comes with a measuring scoop, cleaning brush, and of course the coffee lid. Super easy to clean and so convenient! I'm taking this to my cat show this weekend and making my friends out coffee!

  • I love this little French press! It makes me feel like I’m part of the coffee making process. I never really enjoyed making coffee before. It’s easy to use and clean. The coffee is delicious and, later in the day, I brew tea with fresh herbs and ginger. Same press.

I like the fact that it was delivered on time. This was a gift to a friend but unfortunately the glass part had a broken tip and the broken part was not in the package so it looks like it came like that.

I got my order today the delivery driver was amazing but when I come inside to open my package I thought I was going to be a regular size coffee maker plus it’s all dusty and the package was already opened before and I would’ve thought I got a brand new coffee maker instead of it being used and in the coffee cups it looks like it has like a type of liquid still stuck to it this was a Father’s Day gift and now I have to wash them before even being given to my father not what I paid for and nothing like this should be sold if there’s still liquid inside prior to someone else that used it

It does what it is supposed to. For best results run hot water through first (preheat). Use over a sink (or outdoors) as you tend to get drips here and there from various ends. Not leaks, just as you turn it over. Found that design flaw is that it is not easy to pull out the bit that punctures the large end of the capsule, for cleaning. The piece with the small squares on it. it is held into the end with an "O" ring and there is no easy way to grip it and pull the two apart. Needs some ribs moulded in to get a grip on. I drilled a couple of very small holes so a paper clip can be inserted and the parts separated.

I have been using this for the last two months. It makes a great cup of coffee and great to travel with as it doesn't need a power source. Tips: 1. Get the right coffee powder. Get it from the Vietnamese coffee from the asian store. Or Buy beasn at the trader Joes and grind at Espresso setting. 2. Use the right creamer. Sweetened condensed milk is the best. 3. Tighten the screw to compact the coffee power. 4. It should take approx. 15-20 mins to brew it. If too fast, you have the wrong coffee power or coffee powders is not packed enough. 5. If coffee doesn't start dripping in a few minutes, lift, and scrap the bottom with a spoon to get it started. You will figure it out.
