I love love LOVE this coffee maker! It's perfect having the option to do just one cup at a time or a whole pot. The pot can be programmed to have coffee ready by the time you wake....which is always lovely!! The one cup side comes with a basket to use your own coffee and a basket to insert k-cups. I absolutely love the versatility of this coffee maker! The stainless steel carafe matches my stainless kitchen appliances perfectly. Win win!!! And to clean it I just brew a pot/cup of white vinegar followed with a pot/cup of plain water.

  • While I love the look of this press and the fact that it’s plastic free (which is why I bought it in the first place), within the first two uses, the bamboo lid began to crack and expand. I mean, obviously wood does that especially with high heat and humidity, however I figured it was tested and approved for this sort of use. When I would plunge and place the lid, then pour the coffee, the humidity would cause the lid to expand and create a tight seal in the glass carafe. I would have to pry the lid off to release it, which within two weeks of use, shattered the glass carafe sadly.

  • Really great product for pour over. Beautiful to look at. Great value

  • This is what the inside looks like after one use. It was dried and I went back with a Clorox wipe and it’s still this way. Returning it.

  • Muy linda , siempre compro esta marca porque es la mejor

We’ve descaled this machine so many times but how on earth are you supposed to get these grounds out of the INSIDE of the machine?? EW!! It was so expensive and now I don’t even want to use it😭

  • There is one thing I don't like about visiting my parents and it's that they drink fake coffee.....you know the kind ; ) I have a very expensive espresso machine but it's built like a tank so I can't take it anywhere. I saw this and decided to get it because of the milk feature (the reservoir) but you can put water in there too. It was very well packaged so I didn't have any damage and it's super light so it would be easy for me to take to my parents whenever I visited them. Oh my gosh, this machine was a life saver for me! Now don't get me wrong it doesn't make "out of this world" espresso but it definitely does make a good one. You can brew multiple types of espresso just by pressing on the display screen. I did take a star off because I couldn't figure out how to remove the reservoir and was scared of snapping something off. Finally I just gave up and I yanked the tank straight up in an angle and out it came (see pic). The other thing I didn't like was that the filter that goes into the porta filter kept popping out and I couldn't figure it out until I saw a dot on the inside of filter. You put the side with the dot into the square opening of the porta filter and you twist....now it's locked into place (see pic). I am very happy with this machine and it's a game changer at my parents house.

  • Would give a 5-star rating, but product specs indicate this indeed this is NOT meant for the dishwasher and is recommended to be washed in warm, soapy water and immediately dried. coffeemakers.us.com needs to correct their product description.

I’ve never used one of these before but it came with instructions and was super easy to use ! There was a little bit of user error. Just make sure you push down slow so that no grounds get into your coffee. Overall I love it and will use it everyday.

The greatest disappointment with this product is that it is such a wonderful idea! Here is my experience and opinions: Pros: Very compact, could easily fit in a suitcase or carry-on bag. And the internal battery means that you can charge it for a few uses when you're away from outlets. Cons: It's very messy and cumbersome to load coffee into the tiny basket and to clean up after use. The coffee itself was more like coffee-flavored tea, and nothing like espresso. (And for the record, I used to sell pro-level pump machines, and personally have a Breville espresso maker which I use every day, so I know how proper espresso should taste.) There's also a safety issue: the machine is top-heavy when in use, and the top contains BOILING water capped with a PUSH-ON lid (that comes off easily). If it gets knocked over during use (which would be very easy to do), it will be a "hot mess" of scalding water. All-in-all, I really wanted to love this product, and I am very disappointed that I cannot.

Had my original one for about 6 months before it started to leak excessively when making the espresso. Called Ninja and they sent a replacement base, straight out of the box I was getting the famous add water sensor while brewing the espresso sometimes 10 times before finishing which caused inconsistent brews. Called again they agreed it was a defective machine and sent me another replacement base, same exact thing. So now I have 3 defective machines sitting in my house. Either just get a Ninja Coffee machine and then find a different machine for espresso. Because this isn’t it I gave it 2 stars because it brews coffee just fine and customer support has been helpful. I’m a Ninja product fan but sadly this product is to many things in one and fails.

  • Although I'm new to cold brewing I did do quite a bit of research before buying this cold brew system. And I'd highly recommend it to anyone. A couple quick tips for those getting started for the first time. 1. First, for those of you on a municipal water system your water is probably chlorinated. Mine is, so before I start to make a batch I fill a big bowl with cold water and let it sit on the counter while I'm grinding the coffee beans. This lets the chlorine evaporate off, not that it would probably hurt anything but I'd rather not have it in my coffee. Those of you on a private well don't have to worry about it. 2. Next, grind your coffee beans to a medium grind. Pre-ground coffee would probably work but a lot of it would get through the strainer. Some will anyway regardless, but I just pour off the last slowly and discard any grounds that settle to the bottom. 3. Next, put the strainer and gasket in the jar and fill the strainer about half to 2/3 full of grounds. They'll expand as they get wet so any more than that will sit above the water level and get wasted. Pour the water slowly through the grounds in the strainer when filling the container to the fill line. 4. Don't put the cover on too tight, especially if you're going to be putting in the fridge. The rubber gaskets get hard when they get cold so if you really tighten them you'll have a pretty hard time getting the cover off to take the grounds out before use. 5. There are a few factors in how strong the final brew is. First is the coffee beans you use, I use a medium or breakfast blend. Next is the brewing time, I usually go 15-20 hours. Finally, you can affect the brew by where you let it sit. You'll get stronger coffee if you let it sit at room temperature as opposed to in the fridge. I do a mix of both depending on when I start. If I make a batch in the morning I'll let it sit on the counter for several hours and then put it in the fridge overnight. If I make a batch in the afternoon I just let it sit on the counter overnight. Finally, take the cover off and remove the strainer and grounds. I drink the coffee straight up as I use a medium blend, if it's too strong you can always dilute it as you wish. After drinking cold brew for a while, it's amazing how harsh hot-brewed coffee tastes now. I'll never go back.

I decided that I wanted the best coffee maker out there because I was tired of Keurig and the slime that builds up in the tank... no matter how much you descale it. After reading many reviews and watching America's Test Kitchen reviews on best coffee makers, I went with this one. So HAPPY that I did. Besides the beauty of this machine, it brews quickly and at a perfect temp, consistently. I have also noticed that because it brews a perfect pot, it saves you money by not using as much ground coffee. It extracts the most flavor out of the beans and you don't need as many tablespoons of the grounds. It is never bitter, just perfect. I also must recommend the best burr grinder to you as well. It is the Baratza Encore. I have never had one that grinds the beans, whichever size you choose, consistently. Wow... so impressed with both products. If you love coffee, treat yourself to the best. I don't buy coffee out nearly as much now, which also saves me money. I do the cold brew (with the Gvode cold brewer... awesome) and now best hot coffee maker on the market. There really is a difference.

The Cuisinart Fully Automatic Burr Grind & Brew Coffeemaker is a game-changer for coffee lovers! With its built-in burr grinder, brewing freshly ground coffee every morning is effortless and yields an unbeatable flavor. The programmable 24-hour timer is a lifesaver for busy mornings, ensuring my coffee is ready when I wake up. The grind control and strength selector offer excellent customization, allowing me to tweak the intensity and volume to perfection. The 12-cup capacity is ideal for when I have guests over, while the 2-4 cup feature works well for smaller batches. I appreciate the thoughtful design, from the sealed bean hopper that keeps beans fresh to the gold-tone permanent filter and charcoal water filter that ensure every cup tastes pure and smooth. Cleanup is straightforward, and the included auto-shutoff and brew-pause function add extra convenience. This coffeemaker is not just functional but also reliable, with a robust build that feels built to last. It’s perfect for anyone serious about their coffee. Highly recommend!

This french press works well. The design is great and makes a really cute gift. I thought there was some sort of design but it wasn't clear in the photos. I moved away from using a french press for a long time, but am really enjoying making coffee this way. To me, it is less acidic than the another popular press device. The pour spout is excellent! No dripping down the glass or messy pours, no matter what angle I used. The filter works really well and I get no grounds or sediment in my coffee. The top part is plastic which does come in contact with the coffee when pouring. If that bothers you, you can raise that part up and hold it with you fingers while pouring. The glass container comes out of the plastic outer casing, so be careful turning this to the side or upside down. I had one that got broken because someone didn't realize that. I got the 27oz thinking I would use most of it. I realize now I make less than 15oz on a daily, so I have a bit of extra room. I didn't realize this one doesn't have markings on the sides to show ounces or milliliters. I have to pull out the kitchen scale to measure the liquid, depending on how much I want to make.
