I don't know how to contact seller but I have only had this a few weeks and this morning I noticed it is cracking
This is my first coffee maker and I love it! I am not picky about coffee but want my coffee to taste and smell good. This coffee maker is just the right thing specially considering the price! Would definitely recommend it.
I've only had it for a few days, but where was this my whole life. My household has made tea/coffee in a small pot since I was a kid. This machine is so easy to use and so fast that I might develop a caffeine problem.
I've had several Tassimo's over the years and like all the others, this one makes a great cup of coffee. It's fast and fairly quiet and I like the smaller size as it doesn't take up much room. Make sure you have it close to a water source though as the reservoir is small and only holds about 3-4 cups, but that's easy to get used to.
I purchased this coffee maker for my husband for Christmas last year, after exhaustive amounts of research on single-serve coffee machines. I decided to go with the Cuisinart because, despite not having the widespread reputation of Keurig, they seemed to have much more consistently positive reviews than all of the different models Keurig offers. I'm glad I made this choice! My husband has been using the Cuisinart at least 5 days per week every week for almost a full year and (knock on wood) has never had a single issue with it. Nothing has had to be replaced, nothing malfunctions or splashes all over the place, and all he really has to do is refill the water container every once in a while. It's a big testament to this coffee maker that he uses it as often as he does, as he avoids anything that causes even a little fuss. He would rather just not bother. I'm not a coffee drinker, but he has been happy with the options for the different pods, as well. The Cuisinart is compatible with every "K-cup" aka Pod that I've purchased for him, and I also got him a reusable pod that he could put loose tea leaves, coffee grounds, or dandelion/mushroom bits in to make his own concoctions. I also plan to try out some hot chocolate pods this year as the weather cools down! I highly recommend this coffee maker. It's a nice-looking, sleek machine that's worth the counter space.
When considering a coffee pot, the important features include: Taste, Design, The Ease to Clean, and The Ease to Use. This Coffee Pot gets 5 stars in all these categories. TASTE: Full Flavor Taste - The Ability to Control Bold Flavor with a Rich Brew button also. DESIGN: Looks like a quality coffee pot that fits in nicely with many style kitchens. The lighting on the buttons is crisp as well. The timer works well and the pot can be set to stay warm. There is also a setting for a small batch of up to just 4 cups. EASE TO CLEAN: The water tank is fully removable and seats well in the machine with one hand. This makes all the difference in keeping the water tank clean of mineral build up. - This option really sets this pot ahead of so many others. EASE TO USE: You can fill the water tank with it attached as the tank has a HUGE opening. The tank is set to the side so when putting in the grinds there is little risk of contaminating the water tank. However, because its removable, this would be no issue to get clean. I am a converted Ninja Fan! This will always be my go to pot! Kudos to the engineers involved in this design!
Well, this makes a cup of coffee. Something many of us need to start a productive day. Although not too strong, it still delivers my needed morning cup. Brew time is also quick, but it does splatter a bit during the brewing process, which is why I keep a cloth underneath it. I bought this one specifically for the programming function, where I can have a cup ready in the morning when I’m getting showered, dressed and ready for work (although I now from home lol). It does the job. I just wish it brewed a stronger cup. It’s small in size and attractive on my counter. The display is bright blue and easily readable. The included thermos works perfectly fine as well. Just be sure to tightly screw on the top to avoid leakage. The coffee filter is also very easy to clean. Just run it under water to clear the coffee grounds. I’d recommend this coffee maker overall.
Made one pot of 10 cups, the plastic snapped the glass craf before i could pour a cup. No support on the top of the glass like the bottom. Do not buy.
Love this coffee maker! Works great and super easy to use.
This is a great press for personal use as you can easily fill up a decent mug of coffee. The glass is quite resistant and the overall look and feel is very classy. My only complaint is that the lid doesnt close completely and its a bit loose. Other than that is quite recommendable for its quality and prize!
I was very excited to get this coffee machine. I have a keurig machine at my house in Michigan, but I've currently been staying with family.. And wanted to get a coffee machine for here as well. I thought the price was decent, other ones with 40 or more oz reservoir are more expensive. This had the size i wanted, and 3 different drink sizes. I made a salted caramel coffee, worked great. I made a cappuccino, worked great... Had a second cup of cappuccino, worked great. The forth time, I started the machine, put the k cup in, did the exact same thing as before, went to do something, came back and there was a mess all over the machine and counter! I had noticed the water ran out, so I THOUGHT that was what happened. I cleaned up the mess, and filled it with water. Little later I went to make another cup... And it did the same thing! Mess all over the machine and counter! I made sure it was filled with water, and each time I make sure the lid snaps in place. I have no idea what is causing it to suddenly make a mess!!!! It worked great for the first 3 times. I love the look of it, I love it having a 40 oz reservoir, I love the 3 size settings. It gives the option to use k cups or brewing coffee grounds - I do the k cups. But i am incredibly upset and confused that it is suddenly doing this!!! I WOULD give this machine 4 or 5 stars, I am giving it 2 stars because when it WORKS, its great. But its NOT great when its making messes!! I have been wanting to make another cup but I am scared of it doing it again! **Edit** took another star away because now it is leaking.
I did not notice this was a refurbished coffee pot when I bought it. The packaging was original, but in bad shape as you can see in the photos, there was no extra packaging. And also the top lid of the coffee pot was chipped probably due to the bad packaging, not really happy but the coffee pot does work if I had known it was going to be like this I don't think I would've bought it. Is there a warranty with this? It did not come with any instruction booklet.
coffee machine stopped working too much after I got it I’m on gas stay with the name brands and coffeemakers.us.com basic is not one of those!!
I purchased this coffee maker from bed Bath, and beyond which, is now out of business. The machine is made out of cheap plastic. The filter is reusable, but it has an open design at the bottom. Coffee clings to the sides, and the funnel piece has a thick layer of the coffee grinds on the bottom . I don’t know how they expect you to clean the filter and final without making a complete mess. The coffee grinds end up in your coffee pot at times. Terrible design. This is the worst coffee maker I ever purchased! Save your money.
Like many other users of this coffeemaker, I’ve had the leaking problem. I’ve followed the troubleshooting tips that have been offered by others users. I thought I had it solved when I removed the filter holder. Alas, it has begun to leak water again. I cannot leave water in the machine overnight to use programming. Other than the leaking, I’ve been quite satisfied. Mr coffee, should I replace and try again with a new one?
