I am no expert on making an expresso or latte, but I will give my honest opinion of this machine. For someone that has not made these before the instructions are helpful and having auto buttons is wonderful. From what we have learned so far is it takes practicing a little to find that exact taste you are looking for, which is part machine and mostly the coffee you use. The milk frother is a bit cumbersome to remove and put back in, but the container for the milk is nice that it can be put into the fridge instead of leaving it out to spoil. Be mindful that it does highly recommend using cleaning function after using the milk frother. Be aware it does get a little loud when going through some of its functions. I love that its black with the chrome trim as it matches my kitchen perfectly. And in all its great functions it’s compact and does not require a lot of room on the counter.

  • The glass body is surprisingly very sturdy and very pretty!!

  • I have been searching a versatile coffee maker. I like it one cup at a time he wants a pot. I don’t like K cups prefer freshly ground. This is the machine. Sets well on my counter. Makes a great cup of black coffee.

  • This worked for a few days; however, the top keeps getting stuck and you cannot open the coffee pot. Now, I'm stuck with a half filled coffee pot, a stuck lid that will NOT come off, the top glass piece broken off and no coffee for us. Check out this piece of 'made in china' junk in the 5 pics I've attached.

This product as well as the color looks just like the photo. I dislike that I pushed the button for 6 cups of coffee and it made 8 cups. So I did it again and got the same results. This issue needs to be resolved. When making the cup of coffee, the machine can be a bit loud. I’m not use to coffee machines being loud. But other than the issues I’ve stated that I observed so far, the machine is okay.

  • Not worth the money.I had coffee grounds all over in my coffee. It happened the first time and I thought ok maybe I did something wrong, but no I Kept happening

I was so excited to receive this, but look what happened the first time I used it! (I've used these pods in other coffee makers and they worked fine.) This is a cheap piece of plastic and total waste of money! Returning!!!!

Notice on this maker...the coffee plate does not keep thermal pot hot or even warm. In our opinion a huge flaw. To get hot coffee you have to fill thermal pot with hot water - pour it out then brew coffee ...at that point it is just hot for a short time. Flavor is good but other brewers do same. Will be buying another coffee maker soon.

Open opening the coffee maker it appeared to be a previously opened package. The coffee maker was visibly broken and no filter basket was included.

  • I liked the size and the look, it worked well, but three months later the handle broke. Maybe because the holes in handle where the screws attach it were too tight. the seller did send me a replacement.

  • The French press arrived with small rust marks all along the edge of the rim as well as chips near the spout and on the handle. I asked for a replacement and the second was better, but still very slightly dinged. I decided to just keep it, but during the coffee making process, I mildly burned my hand on it. A proper double-walled vacuum that retains heat should not transfer the interior heat to the outside. Ended up returning it as it's just not what I was looking for.

  • I love the machine; it brews 10 cup pots, pods and ground coffee, has pause and pour, timed brew and it takes up the same amount of space as a normal coffee maker - the best of all of my worlds. HOWEVER; The carafe leaks when you pour coffee and IT IS NOT fresh coffee running down from the spout. It leaks between the stainless steel and black stationary handle band any way you tip it. This is sometimes a fresh coffee leak and sometimes an old black gunky leak. My guess is that there is an issue with the seal inside the carafe but it isn't like a thermos I can take apart or screw the top on tighter. Whatever it is, it makes a mess and looks awful/unappetizing. Maybe this is what the other reviews that say it leaks are talking about?? AAA+ for the machine FAIL for the carafe design.

  • Short enuf to fit under cabinet. Blue clock-face fills kitchen with dim light at night. (Doubles as nightlight)

  • We purchased this blue coffeemaker for our remodeled white and blue kitchen two months ago. After gentle use (we’re mature adults) the blue color on the handle has begun to chip. We immediately contacted Cuisinart support. Their disappointing response: “The warranty covers just damage to the unit or parts, not cosmetic issues.”

Easy to clean..pain in the butt to dispense. Hate the grounds holder. It lets a lot of bits and dust to go through unlike others we have used. The picture of inside the pitcher is with us being very careful to not get the grounds inside the pitcher itself (filling the grounds holder out of the pitcher, filling carefully and slowly to not overflow the grounds into the water) and actually filling the pitcher with water is so tedious and slow. I hate it.. my poor husband has been silently dealing with this for too long..and now I can't return the dang thing.
