I ordered this to make my iced tea in larger amounts easier. I used to boil it in a pot on the stove, wait for it to cool and pour it into my bottle. This is so much easier! I can just buy cold brew packs and put them in the filter, fill it and toss it in the fridge! The pitcher jar is easy to clean since I can get my hand into it. It also comes with a cleaning brush. The lid goes on tight and it does not leak. The handle is at the perfect angle to hold this pitcher with one hand and not feel like it is awkward or too heavy. I am very happy that I ordered this pitcher. I might get one more so I can make a couple of different kinds of tea at once to have cold in my fridge.
I've had this brewer for a while, and there is a lot to like about it. It makes a LARGE pot of coffee, looks great, and provides many options for personalizing your brew. My major complaint (as I also see in many reviews here) is that it does not wet all the grounds when using the large basket (see picture 1). I came up with a solution that I thought I would share here. I cut the bottom from a drinking glass and inserted it into the basket (see picture 2). This created a chimney in the center where the coffee could get the full effect of the drip pattern. As you can see in (picture 3), this worked perfectly. I can tell a huge difference in the richness of my cup now. I hope that helps!
Broken pieces fell out when I removed the carafe to take the plastic off. Kinda sucks since it’s a brand new unit
Not completely happy. Opened my package and saw that the bottom half had a shattered hole in it. Thankfully it still works!!! I do not have the time or patience to return items!
July 2023 still working great. Yes, it's small, and that's exactly what I wanted. See picture for relative size compared to my other standard appliances. My apartment kitchen is tiny, so tiny coffeemaker is fine. It doesn't take long to brew, so if I have company over it's no big deal to just make another small pot. Maybe it doesn't fill two large cups like I saw on a different review - I don't see how that's a problem. Just add some more water to top off large cups?
Set up was easy, Id like an option to set the water temp. that would me make this thing 5 stars +. But cant complain, its sleek and great product. Much more quieter than the Keurig it replaced.
Evidently the coffee system was not packed well enough. The machine is cracked.

I look forward to my coffee every single day. I no longer crave Starbucks or coffee shop coffees. The machine is beautiful and truly makes it easy to make any drink. I am obsessed and cannot wait to continue creating delicious coffee!!
Brewed coffee and tea, works aaand it’s very pretty.
Although it’s beautiful, this product has been a problem since day one. After leaving this in my fridge I arrived home to see my entire fridge covered in cold brew. Despite turning the spigot to the side this thing leaks consistently. My $20 mason jar cold brew maker totally outperforms this.
PROS: Elegant design, easy to use, easy to clean. The multiple filters and snug filter spiral plate (photo 2) offer a ground free sipping experience. This French press is not too heavy or too light. Carafe holds 8 cups and has a snug fit in base, the lid/plunger do not feel hot when pouring. Also came with instruction booklet and barista's recipe's, coffee/tea scoop and spoon a nice touch. CONS: 1) Carafe feels thinner than advertised. It may be 2x stronger than borosilicate and thermal shock resistant, but it does not feel as thick as the carafe from my last French press. 2) Not happy with the lid and the steep. I can appreciate the "no plastic" lid but the lid base is not wide enough to cover the spout of the carafe for steeping. This leaves a gap (photo 4) and makes it impossible to extract the aromas and flavor from the coffee beans that you would normally get from the steeping process. I cannot give it 5 stars because of this design flaw.
I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I was sadly unhappy with the quality of the product I received. The whole coffee maker was wet when I took it out of the package and it has resulted in rust stains.
Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Very happy with is so far. Just be sure to order the Bunn Coffee Filters because they are the only ones that work properly. After having this unit for several months here is my updated review. It went from 5 star down to 1 star. The unit generates build up and clogs the unit. I have a whole house filter and reverse osmosis so I don’t have any water issues. Maybe the unit is defective but regardless I’m disappointed.
