  • This coffee machine has a nice digital display. It makes for single cup coffee or tea. It has an adapter for regular pods, then a large basket for ground coffee with space to add any natural flavors like vanilla or cinnamon. The last way to brew is refillable coffee pods that you can fill with ground coffee or loose tea. Thats 4 filters right there. Most coffee makers give the basket for pods and if you want the option of using your coffee you have to buy an adapter pod and hope that it works. This is a value with the adapters . I had a nice cup for my first and hope its gets better with age. Very Happy Enjoy

We love the convenience of K-cups & Nespresso pods. But after 4 months of use, the lid near the hinge started cracking. UPDATE 6/7/23 The crack in the lid worsened after a few more months of use. The good news is the manufacturer shipped a new unit to me right away and no charge! Gained a star!

The coffee maker itself seems good. I like the simple design. The biggest flaw in this coffee pot is that it will easily overflow with coffee grounds in the pot because of a poor design that opens the drain when you place the coffee pot on the base ( it would not allow the drain to open) There's an arm at the back of the coffee pot which pivots to allow the valve to open and the coffee to drain. The angle on this was insufficient so I had to pull it off, heat it up until the plastic was soft enough to bend, then I bent it so that the drain valve would actually open when putting the coffee pot in the base. After making this change, I'm very happy with the coffee pot.

So excited to receive this. On our third time using, the bottom of the jar broke dispensing the entire jar of liquid all over the kitchen. Such a bummer.

Had this for 2 years and it broke. I love the Chemex brand because it does keep the coffee hot a tiny bit longer but having to be extra careful with it every time you use it becomes ridiculous.

  • Was so excited to get this and was clearly sent a used product. The matte black finished was chipped. And water stains were on the inside. So disappointed.. buyer beware..

  • Certainly is a cute little coffeemaker. I’d call it a mini coffeemaker but it can make 2 big mugs of coffee and 5 small size cups (each ~6 to 7 oz.). I put 2 1/2 cups of water in the carafe which made one good size mug of coffee. I thought by the time the coffee came out some of the water would have evaporated but apparently I was wrong. It still gave me the 2 1/2 measurement in my mug which is a good thing. Product came in new working condition. Great for 1-2 people household and for those with small to tiny kitchens. I didn’t expect it to be so cute and nice for such a cheap price. I mean of course it’s not anywhere top of the line, you get what you pay for so for $19-$21 it is a great little coffeemaker and the flavor of my strong coffee is robust, just the way it should be. I use my own paper filters (#2 filters fit perfectly) since it’s a hassle having to clean the permanent filter that comes with it after each use. I highly recommend, you really can’t go wrong with putting down $20 for this coffeemaker. And if you don’t like it at least you didn’t spend a lot of money.

Really upset with the durability of this product. I’ve had it in use for only 1 year and the small plastic connector that keeps the frother attached to the pitcher just snapped! I have baby’d this machine since purchase and I am so disappointed. A small thing and the whole thing is now useless because the metal frother won’t stay pinned.

Ever since I was a teenager coffee has been my fond, and coveted friend. It got me through college, and graduate school, got me up early for before-dawn practices, kept me awake during software projects, and still kick starts my tired old bod when it's time to run at "O dark hundred" every morning. So I'm picky when it comes to my coffee machines. I always picked the MR. COFFEE brand when I purchased a new one. My parents used it back when it was brand new, never had a problem with one, and that stuck with me. My last one was screwed up when hubby decided to do the setup and botched it, so the time never displayed, , and I couldn't set a time for it to start making coffee in the AM. When I saw this one, it was love at first sight. I should know better than to start a relationship online, but i couldn't help myself when I saw its photos and lean lines, and that was that for me. when it arrived, I snatched it out of the hands of the coffeemakers.us.com delivery man's hands, ran inside, and tore the box open with my bare hands. When I saw its gleaming exterior, monster size carafe, and water filter, then the nylon filter, that was when I knew this is all I ever wanted in a Mr. Coffee. I followed the directions on setup, beat the clock on the time set up, and ran a full carafe through the system to clean it. This model has some interesting features like 1-4 cups, variable warming times, strong brew selection, water filter, and previously unavailable to me Brew Later, I knew I had found "THE ONE". I eagerly ground my STARBUCKS Sumatra beans, loaded the ground result into the nylon basket, and selected the 1-4 cup AND the strong option. I wanted it ALL. And when it was ready, I took my first sip, and I was in heaven! The perfect cup - finally! This is without a doubt the best one I have ever used. A few minor things would be the lid can be awkward when filling the carafe with water from my filtered water dispenser. The water filter will need to be changed every month or 30 brews, which for me could be just two weeks. The nylon filter basket, while nice, needs to be emptied quickly after brewing or gets cruddy quickly. But this is all forgotten when taking a sip of the delicious batches of coffee this makes. OVERALL - If you like coffee, then get this. It's the best! Keeper!

  • Love that it’s a single serving. It is convenient and a lot cheaper than using the coffee pods. It is easy to use, and I love the fact that my coffee is strong and not weak like the coffee pods.

  • If you are a coffee snob or just love freshly ground and brewed coffee, this is the one to buy. It uses a burr grinder to crush the beans keeping the beans flavor rather than razor grinding the crap out of the bean and it becomes flaky and loses flavor. That’s what the best coffee roasters and brewers use. It’s programmable and efficient. It will brew coffee before you are out of bed as long as you remember to program it. The metal carafe keeps the coffee warm for over 8 hours. If you’re like me, I like coffee all day and refuse to microwave my coffee to warm it up. Yuck. Two slight issues: 1. the fresh grounds get caught in the copper basket not allowing coffee to drip through (so switched to paper filters and it works great). It’s not even enough of an issue to lose a star. This coffee maker is that good. 2. It’s loud when grinding. But that’s the price I’m willing to pay for the freshest ground coffee at home. Again, I would not take a star for it. All Burr grinders are loud. To make this coffee maker absolutely perfect, I would add Bluetooth in case you forgot to program it or use with Alexa.

  • This Avigator Single Serve Coffee Maker, Single Cup Coffee Maker for Ground Coffee is so adorable. It's a beautiful light green color and I originally thought it was gonna be a little bit bigger in size but it is definitely for one person. Now of course you can make multiple cups but the cup size itself is so cute. I felt like I was going back in time to maybe some of my teenage years but it's a nice size to get the job done. It was easy to put together and clean and rinse as well as the little scooper they provided was just a plus for me because that's something I struggle with with adding my coffee to anything. Great setup and everything was just fresh and hot. Thank you.

  • I was going to replace the screen filter for my coffee press. One replacement filter was going to cost $15. No way was I spending that much for 1 screen filter when I know I could buy a new press for about the same amount. I saw the Bonjour coffee press was anywhere between $39-$49 for the same cup size. I came across this one for $23.99, with all these little perks of 2 small glass coffee cups, 2 replacement screens, the cleaning brush, measuring spoon/stirrer, and the battery operated milk frothing whisk. Not to mention that the glass carafe has the measuring lines on the side so you can make exactly the amount of coffee you want. Not many French coffee press carafes have the liquid measures on the side. I really am liking this set. It was well worth the $23.99 price. I am updating this for a possible consumer safety concern I e-mailed the company about and submitted photos. There are fine wires on the filter screens that were sticking out that can potentially break off and be ingested causing a perforated esophagus, stomach or bowel that can lead to serious injury of even death. I am a Nurse and I filed a report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Buyers, please please check all the filter screens for any fine lose wire or wires sticking out, I had to cut several that I found on them so they wouldn't break off and be ingested. Upon notifying the company I had a reply back within 24 hours. They were kind and courteous , thanked me for alerting them of the issue and sent me the plan of correction they are making with the manufacturer so no consumer is injured. They took my concern and photos I sent very seriously. They had me send to them my order number and contact information so that they could send me a free replacement. Again, within 24 hours I was sent the tracking information that it was and will be arriving in 2 days on 3/4/2020. The company knocked it out of the ball park with customer service. 5 star customer service rating for them.

  • This french press has a nice hefty feel to it. The filter on the plunger has a nice tight feel that should be keeping grinds out of your coffee. It appears to be everything that the description says it should be except for one aspect. I purchased this in a 1.5 liter size which isn't at this time showing as available on coffeemakers.us.com. You can NOT make 1.5 liters of coffee in this press. 1.5 liters of water fills the press nearly to running out of the spout, with no room to have added coffee or insert the plunger without overflowing(see picture). Luckily I purchased this because I wanted some extra headroom in my french press and don't intend to make 1.5 liters of coffee at a time, but be aware of that fact if you are looking to make that much.

We embarked on an epic road trip from Florida to Colorado but realized life without coffee is no life at all! We purchased this brewer to sort out our coffee fix and it worked great! 4 stars because it pulls quite a bit of power from our little solar generator but overall incredible and easy to use!
