I've had a Keurig mini for five or so years and decided to upgrade to one that has a water reservoir so I ordered the K Supreme Smart Plus. Unfortunately I will be returning it. It splatters everywhere (see pic). The water dripping is slow. Although it heats the water faster than the mini, it's overall a longer waiting time because it flows much slower while it's splattering everywhere. I'm going to try a commercial model Keurig and then if that one is this bad, I'll try a Cuisinart.

Arrived broken in several places. Packaging was fine. The glass itself is quite thin compared to other similar products. I wouldn't expect it to last in a normal kitchen.

  • I love this coffee pot. I was worried because there are some negative reviews but I haven't had any issues. It's smaller than what I thought it would be but I'm fine with that since I'm the only person using it and it doesn't take up much space.

  • Update: Bought another brand of NO2 the 8gram Whip It brand that they specifically show in their tutorial video. The sleeve they sent me for the cart DOES NOT FIT. I injured myself trying to jam it in there. When in the world is someone going to addrees this? coffeemakers.us.com uses to have the best customer surface now they dont even respond to ppl flatly stating they were sent DEFECTIVE products? Product says works with any 8 gram n02 cartridge. I bought 8 gram Ultra-Purewhip brand carts straight from coffeemakers.us.com prime and they absolutely DO NOT fit the appliance I was delivered it wont come close to fitting into the holder for the cart and i watched videos to make sure I was doing it correctly. I cant give this product more than a 1 until someone explains what error was made? Was I sent a sleeve for a c02 cart and thats why it wont fit if so please immediately send a correct replacement.

    I love this coffee pot!!!

  • The description and quality is amazing.

  • The coffee maker looks really nice! I like the leather collar holder, and it's removable too. But, if you don't warm up your creamer or milk, this might not be the best choice for you. Coffee gets cold fast.

  • 3 Weeks of Ownership. Purchased on 1/27/25 - and registered my machine with Fellow to obtain an extra year warranty. So hopefully I am covered till 1/27/27. First off, I wouldn’t call myself a coffee snob. My previous machine was a Ninja with reusable filters, and after comparing its brew to the Aiden, I noticed that the difference is like night and day. I haven’t tried brewing with high-end coffee beans yet, but I plan to in the future. After three weeks of use, my overall impression of the Fellow Aiden coffee maker is positive. I appreciate its compact design, which takes up minimal space on my counter. While I have some concerns about the plastic build quality, it hasn’t affected the taste of the coffee so far. The heat-retentive carafe does a good job of keeping coffee warm for a few hours, despite some negative reviews about the lack of a heating plate. In fact, I see this as a benefit, as it helps avoid that burnt coffee flavor. The removable 1.5L water tank is another great feature—I simply fill it using the RO water system installed on my sink. I also like the inclusion of two filter baskets: one for single-serve brewing (up to 450 mL or three cups) and a larger one for brewing a full carafe. So far, everything has been working smoothly, and I have no complaints!

I bought this Black & Decker Coffee Pot because I liked the idea of a thermal pot. I purchased filters and Maxwell House Breakfast Blend Coffee as well. The first time I used it the grounds were sitting in water as shown. What did I do wrong? I followed directions exactly. I tried again. No. It did the same thing. See photo. I even posted a question to other buyers. This is not normal. It makes a huge mess. Not only are wet coffee grounds everywhere in the sink when you try and pull this out, it spills onto the counter. I was looking forward to a fresh cup of coffee. Not this. It’s being returned. I’ll go back to a simple coffee pot that brews in a regular pot. I’m not sure why this happens. It has a “shower” feature. Maybe that’s the issue? Also, there’s no way to see how much water is in the carafe until you pour it in the machine. The only guide is on the side of the machine. Leaving you to guess until the water is in on how much coffee to actually use. Poor design.

  • Easy to use, easy to brew, easy to grind beans or use ground coffee, and most importantly the bean grinder is built into the filter so all done one simple clean up! Best option over all others 1000%! Tell that to Cuisinart who are uncaring to the consumer thoughts of washing eight compartments after you've had your coffee. They don't care! I wrote them and stated the design flaws - crickets! I had an issue with my new B&D unit after I returned the Cuisinart unit. The difference in their CS was amazingly wonderful and the have a phone number with live reps! It ended up I had assembled the unit not tight enough at first, it works great with a lot less effort on cleanup! Kuddos B&D! Box arrived all beaten up & taped together. No instructions included with machine. Questioning if this is a new machine or a reboxed return

  • The best thing about this coffee maker is how great it looks. It makes good coffee and it also works with fine grains. You would need to drink the coffee soon after it is done though. It only keeps it warm for 30 minutes. It just cools down really quickly.

  • I have been on a journey to acquire items that are simple, plastic-free, and eco-conscious. I have also gone down the rabbit hole of how bad standard coffee makers are. All in all, this has been perfect. I boil my water on the stove and pour over coffee straight into my cup. This is super convenient to just add the water from my refrigerator and straight to the stove to boil. I have enjoyed this and am happy with the product and the quality. I also had absolutely no idea this came with a stainless steel strainer for my coffee so that was a pleasant bonus. 10/10 would recommend and I have, to several people. My coworkers and I are now all on the same plastic free coffee maker kick. XD

  • The first time I ordered this product was in 2015. And I loved my first Bodum pour over pot. But, The quality of the product has greatly declined over the past four years. (I just bought another one in 2019). First, I’m proud to say that I kept the first coffee pot unbroken for four years. The glass is very thin, and the new version still has very thin glass for the coffee pot. My main complaint with the updated version is this: The mesh coffee filter is almost unusable with this new version. The one I bought in 2014 was so good in fact, that I am currently using it on my new one. The only reason I bought a replacement was because I broke the glass but the filter still works great. The filter in the 2014 model is taut, well built, and not flimsy. This one that I bought in 2019 has mesh that is wrinkled and floppy. (See pics, but the impact is greater in person (first one is new filter version; second pic is old filter). Also, The first time I ordered it I got the handle that was made of rubber and plastic, which lasted all four years. For a change, I ordered the cork handle and it is so flimsy that every time I pick it up I feel like I’m going to drop it. Also, if a drop of coffee drips onto it, which it will, you cannot clean the coffee stain off the cork. See pic for how the coffee drips under the spout, after one use already have a coffee stain on the cork. I’m going to find another brand to order. This brand was great back in 2014 for a while, but their quality of material is so poor that I’ll pay twice as much for something different
