I paid $200 for a coffee maker that doesn’t make coffee. Only thing it does is turn on and then 15 seconds later flashes h20. POS has never made a full pot of coffee in the 3 months we’ve owned it. My husband got fed up and bought one from the dollar store and that one works every single time. Don’t waste your money on this overly engineered piece of garbage. How freaking hard is it to pour hot water over coffee grinds.

The machine is very modern and cool looking, the milk comes out nice and hot just like a coffee shop. It also made delicious coffee!

Very disappointed. Coffee maker damaged. No instruction book. Inside box with coffee maker looked used/damaged. Sent it back asap.

I’ve had this coffee maker for about a week now and so far only hot coffee and hot cocoa has been made with it so I can’t comment on how the cold coffee would work. It heats up fast and is very easy to use. Once you plug it in you hit either hot brew or cold coffee and it’s ready in about a minute or less. It’s very quiet as well. It comes with an instruction manual and a small book with a recipes to make different types of coffees. I like the convenience of it however it is extremely messy! I clean it and wipe it down after every single use because the liquid splashes everywhere while it’s pouring out and the k cup itself just drips inside the holder. The base of the coffee maker that the coffee mug sits on is very low and cannot be raised up. Because of the mess that it makes I rarely use it especially if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to immediately wipe it down. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 4 stars. It also took a very long time for it to ship out. I think the quality correlates with the price so if you are expecting a higher quality product this isn’t it.

Perfect addition to our kitchen. Long gone are the days of buying coffee. I attempted to make a recipe from one of my favorite coffee shops and this did not disappoint. The instructions are pretty clear and easy to set up. Clean up and regular set up are simple. 10/10 recommend

Since we purchased this machine, November 2022 it has been sent back 5 times already several times with error messages!! so many issues beyond that you pay $1000 for a machine that doesn’t work all the time is very frustrating and then you have to pack it up. Send it back and it takes about two weeks sometimes to get it back and then you’re out of a coffee machine for two weeks then you’re spending money that you already spent to have this machine you can make coffee at home but now because the machines been to the repair Versus in my home I’m having to spend money on coffee when I shouldn’t have too !! It is very frustrating at this point I don’t know why they can’t just send me the new machine and take the one that’s broken and use it as a refurbish and resell it somewhere else. Should customer have to wait almost 2 to 3 weeks to get a machine back. I don’t recommend buying this machine. Updated just got back from service and went to brew a cup coffee and exploded and almost hit me in the face

This is a nice compact espresso machine. You are able to get a shot of coffee on the go without needing electricity. The machine uses 2 different pod sizes, NOT regular K-cups, or regular coffee. I used regular coffee, the instructions are not the best, so it took me a minute to figure out how to open the coffee compartment, pull, don't twist! You add water, press the button, it heats and you get coffee. It's not the most amazing coffee, but if you need a fix when camping, at the beach, kids sports or work, it hits the spot. Clean-up is easy especially if you use a pod, otherwise you just need any extra minute to clean out the grounds. It is a little noisy when heating the water and extracting so I wouldn't use this in a library while studying. Overall a decent machine for a coffee fix.

Update 01/18/2025): while I am still loving this machine, when you make a half pot of coffee, it only makes 4 cups (see picture). This is a 10 pot machine so should definitely make at least 5 cups. There is more than enough water in the tank. Anyone else have this issue? Original review: For years I’ve used a French press but I wanted the convenience of making just one cup at a time when needed. I read countless reviews here & independent sites. I originally bought another machine but was very disappointed because it didn’t really make just one cup & used all the water in the tank regardless of what cup setting you chose. Back it went. Last week I bought this Braun model & I have been loving it. First, very nice design with easy to use interface. Second, you can really make just one cup. You can also brew a half pot which is a great feature. I also like the glass carafe so you can see how much coffee is left but I would have preferred a thermal carafe. The coffee quality is very good (I am self-admittedly a coffee snob & proud of it!). I’ve always had a grinder to grind my own beans & did not want a K-cup machine which IMHO makes terrible coffee. So far, so good! Will update if things change.

It was damaged

I love the the "denim" color option and the size is perfect for my limited space. Works well for one hot cup at a time, which is what I like. You do need to remove the base to use a tall mug, but it's very simple to pop out and replace.

I like this filter a lot, and have used it nearly everyday for since mid-May 2023. But, I'm having to buy another to replace it. The top ring/lip that the orange lid secures to has detached from the filter body. So, it was excellent for 16 months before failure. I wish this same product could have a seamless rolled lip instead of the 2 piece configuration, but the price isn't a deal breaker, so I'm in it for another one! It will be the 3rd I've owned. Same lip detatchment thing happened to the 1st one as well. Also, the lid got tossed out once and I was able to email the company and purchase one for around $5, which was great! Despite my first two failing, I like it enough to buy a 3rd! 😀

Bundle/package arrived with all of the pods were loose, and many are damaged, WHY?

I want to give this a better review...it is so cute! I just bought it 7 months ago, but something is already wrong with it. The last few weeks, watery grounds leak everywhere (in the coffee, on the lid, and on the counter). I have cleaned it out a few times with vinegar, but the problem is still happening. I want to be able to highly recommend this coffee pot. but not if it doesn't last very long!!

I've utilized the brew, K-cup, and Nespresso pods, and all have been fantastic. The water tank is quite sizable and easy to pull out and in (my machine is on a wheeled platform to roll out). The only issue that I have had repeatedly on both the K-cup and Nespresso is that about 10% of the time, I get a hot cup of water. I turn the machine off and on, switch between Nespresso and K-cup, rebrew, and then it works. It's not reseating the pods so I have no idea why it's happening or how in the world the water is traveling around the pods. I can't troubleshoot anything because it's all under its locked top.
