Customer Reviews With Photos

  • As a long-time coffeemakers.us.com Prime member, I've finally decided to share my first review, and it's for good reason. After trying numerous espresso machines, I stumbled upon this gem, and it surpasses them all. The quality of espresso it produces rivals, if not exceeds, what I've experienced in coffee shops. Plus, its affordability makes it an even sweeter deal. What truly sets this machine apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. Prompt responses coupled with a friendly yet professional demeanor left me thoroughly impressed. I am very much happy with the machine and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this product!

  • I have ordered this for my daily use and came out perfectly as described. I would say this coffee machine is very easy to use, specially very easy to clean. The brew speed is quite good and I would say very easy to move around, not that heavy. Overall great coffee machine

It takes 24 hours for this to complete brewing, but the flavor of the coffee it makes is much stronger and richer than that of chilling hot coffee in the fridge. This works like a tea infuser with the grounds sitting in a steel pocket exposed to the water. This is different from a French press where the grounds are in the water and then extracted after brewing. The great thing is that you can use this to make coffee anywhere. There's no need for hot water, and there's nothing electrical to it. Just throw in coffee grounds and any water you have and let it sit. 24 hours is a long time to wait for a cup of coffee, but if you're able to wait it out, the coffee does come out great. And cleanup is a breeze since the grounds are all kept inside the one steel case. It's slow, but the coffee is terrific.

  • I have previously bought this same item but the Coffee Gator Brand. It did not have the issues of some of the grounds seeping through the filter and creating a big liquid lump at the bottom of my coffee cup. It also sometimes gets stuck and doesn’t flow at all… so a bit slow. It looks good aesthetically and the cork makes it easy to hold.

This is the next step in coffee. I’ve done a pour over for years much to the dismay of my wife. I really enjoy coffee and I especially enjoy the nuances of different roasts and ferment methods. With the Aiden I can dial in my method with detail or we can just brew a quick pot. I’ve also been able to brew large amounts for groups.

Battery lasts 4 double shots worth which is perfect because the case has storage for 4 capsules. It's not particularly loud but it does take a good amount of time to warm up. My workplace has a water cooler that can put out hot water and I noticed using that does save a good minute or two and doesn't drain the battery nearly as much. It still works fine with cold water, just takes longer. The espresso is more frothy than a Keurig but definitely not quite as nice as an actual Nespresso machine. Using grounds works fine, and it's easy to clean up, but storing it isn't as convenient.

This is the second attempt at ordering what looks like a used return that has been kicked around a warehouse. There is no attempt hiding the fact that this was previously someone else's order. Their information was still taped to the box. TWO ORDERS BOTH ARRIVED IN THIS STATE!!!!

I like the automatic time setting feature and is quick to brew. I did find a few flaws. First off, You have to wait for it to finish brewing to pour a cup of coffee; I'm not used to that. Secondly, the mineral build up is worse than any other coffee pot I've had. I am still trying to figure out the right water to use. I cannot use my soft water, even though it's also filtered; I cannot use my double filtered water; I've been using store bought spring water and still have issues. I've only been using it for a little over one month and have run vinegar through twice already to clean it.

Only allows for 1 1/2 cup of coffee grounds and 7 1/2 cups of water.

The coffee maker itself is pretty nice but the handle on the pot is hollow and cheap. It came broken but it was only a minor inconvenience so I didn't say anything. The other side of the handle is now broken. That is only from daily use. I probably would not buy this coffee maker again because of the pot. A replacement for this thing is quite expensive.

I received this yesterday and was disappointed to find that it was not new, although, I did purchase it as new. There were coffee spills on it, water stains, and finger prints. I did put in a return and ordered a new one, but it’s Super Bowl Sunday and I have people coming over and we will need coffee! So I turned it on and tested all the functions and all seem to be working fine. I decided to cancel the return and the new order and see how this holds up over the 30 day return period. (If someone returned it then something might be wrong with it so we will see..) I really am disappointed that it wasn’t new since I paid the price for a new product and not used. Aside from that, I do like the features so far. It isn’t leaking (yet) like other reviewers said it does. I tried the classic brew, the cold brew, and the tea brew all in cups (trying the full carafe this morning). I used the scoops per the instructions and it tasted a little watery so I’m going to up it a scoop or two. The coffee and tea brewed fast. The cold brew took about 10 mins as expected. Everything tasted great and it was very easy to use. I also used the frother which works great and is a nice addition. I’ll update my review later down the line if any issues arise.

  • The machine seems to be working good so far after two uses! However, when I opened the box one of the coffee bags was open and beans were every where.

Love this cold brew. The only problem I have with it you do have to take the top off to pour. Just an extra step but otherwise very nice

  • It's easy to clean the best size for what I need and the best results every time

I was so excited to receive this coffee machine but after use it several times I found so difficult to clean it, due to the electrical part built under the cooking cup. The “on” button is not sensitive enough, you kind of have to push it hard. The “Max” filling mark is so hard to see and if you filled it up even a tiny bit more, it will boil over. I used Beko several years., which it has several flaws as well. I found this design more compact and appealing but unfortunately didn’t work for me. The coffee tasted and created foam nicely though…
