I ordered this a week or so ago. Opened this morning and the filter is missing

It is really easy to use, easy to clean and makes great tasting tea. We add sugar in the raw to ice and make the best sweet tea. It makes such good tea, I had a friend come over and rave about the tea so much that I bought him a tea maker.

What a drippy mess and big disappointment. The carafe leaks down the handle side, not sure why but what a mess. The bigger disappointment is no contact from Mochamaster. I received a confirmation of product registration and a congratulations on my purchase but, after three emails describing the carafes leaking with attached pictures nothing from Mochamaster, zip, zero, nadda. At this point all I can say is buyer beware. Like others have stated the customer service is severely lacking. Not sure what to do at this point but at this price point I expect at least a return email let alone a resolution to this problem. I guess their unspoken rule is return the product and try again or get something else. Our other Mochamaster worked perfectly for seven years and we passed that one on to our son after receiving this one. So, yeah, buyer beware! Update: Okay, Mochamaster did finally get back to me and did apologize for the delay. So that’s good. As for the leaking carafe they replaced it at no charge to me. So that’s good also. I changed my rating to five stars and am a happy customer once again. Yes, I would recommend Mochamaster.

Is very cute and fancy!! I looks like fragile so be careful when washing it. I has a replacement for the filter 👌🏼

Very disappointed with the cheap quality & hidden plastic parts not shown in product photos. Top metal shell is very thin metal with a white plastic inner shell that can't be easily dissembled for cleaning without possibly breaking. The screen holder parts are also thin gauge metal, so not expected to last long. Otherwise works as expected. Won't reorder after this breaks.

Background: my old top-rated coffee maker finally died and I had to replace it. Tried a top-rated and spendy Cuisinart first-- good ergonomics, mediocre coffee (bland and bodiless). Next went to the "best buy" rated Black & Decker-- a litter better but the same thing. Decided to take a chance on this one before just using pour-over on weekdays too, which is less convenient. Everyone is right about the two main flaws in this Kenwood. It is very difficult to fill because of the way the openings are situated plus the design of the carafe. Snap-off the carafe's lid and it's easier, or you can use a large measuring cup instead. It's clumsy but manageable. And, the "coffee ready" beep is REALLY loud. I can hear it halfway across the house. First morning my wife thought a smoke detector was running low when she heard it. We shut the bedroom door when we use it. I wish it had a disable switch. All that aside, this thing makes very good coffee! Which, when you think of it, is its primary function. And it's right between the low-end $30ish range and the start of the pricey ones at $80-100. Plus, the white looks great in our kitchen. This one is a keeper, flaws and all. This would have been a five-star review for flavor and value if not for the two issues mentioned

At first, I was a bit annoyed that there is no clear off button. Instead, the coffee maker brews your pot, and then starts a freshness count, ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours (2 hours is the default) and then turns off afterwards. The clock keeps time well, and doesn't lose a minute here and there like other products have done in the past. Setting the time for a later brew, then, is accurate to the minute, and starts right on time. Waking up to the smell of fresh coffee brewing is sure to get you up and moving. The coffee maker has a setting for iced coffee, and hot coffee. The carafe fits securely, does not leak, and has a large handle that is easy to hold. The branding is not invasive. The whole thing operates quietly and smoothly to make a great cup of coffee.

This is a really neat little espresso machine by Maestri House and it works like a charm. You can take it on the go with you for espresso anywhere, but I have just been using it at home because I love that I can keep it in a kitchen cabinet or drawer instead of having yet another appliance cluttering and gobbling up the limited space on my kitchen counter. It works great to make one cup of espresso at a time. You can use either classic/original Nespresso-type pods or you can use your own ground coffee. I love that versatility. I also love that it is battery powered because I have a similar espresso maker that is manual (I have to pump it by hand) and this battery-powered one is just so easy and convenient. With my manual travel espresso maker, you have to have hot water to put into the machine, but this one will even heat the water for you, if needed, provided it has enough battery power left. Heating the water eats up a lot of battery power; you can make about three cups this way with one full charge, but if you start out with hot water, you can make many, many cups of espresso. The manufacturer's packaging says 100 cups but I haven't yet made that many to find out. It's great that many cars and trucks these days have built-in USB ports so you can charge the battery on the go, as well as make espresso on the go. This neat little gadget has quite a few pieces that might seem a little overwhelming at first, but once you've played around with it and made a couple of cups of espresso, it all makes sense and works quickly and easily. It has a digital readout that shows the battery level, the water temperature and lets you know when brewing is complete. It comes with two different attachments to use based on whether you brew Nespresso cups or ground coffee; thankfully they are labeled "G" for ground and "N" for Nespresso so you don't get them mixed up, because they look very similar. The espresso brews straight into a little plastic espresso cup (included) that fits nicely in place. The pieces fit/snap together into one slim unit that is very portable, although there are extra parts that might get lost or separated, so I have been storing mine all together in a gallon ziplock bag. Overall, this is such a well-thought-out little machine and I am very pleased with how easy it is to operate and the delicious espresso it makes! Just look at the crema on top!

Worth every penny, pour over quality coffee, coffee maker is handmade and made with quality parts which and be replaced if needed.

If you love coffee, you need this Nespresso machine in your life! It makes the creamiest, smoothest cup of coffee I’ve ever had! It came with a sample pack of flavors, but my favorite is the sweet cream. I order them from the Nespresso website. The coffee is more expensive than Folgers or Maxwell House, but it’s cheaper than buying Starbucks everyday! When decided on a machine, my advice is make sure to buy a brand new machine. I purchased 2 different machines that had been returned, and neither of them worked. So when you decide on the model you want to purchase, make sure to buy a new machine! Here’s to GREAT coffee! ☕️

I love my OXX coffee box. I use it every day. Cannot wait to take it camping. It's very easy to use and set up was very simple. I love that you can use any K-cup with it! I highly recommend this to anyone!

I swear to God some of this Chinese crap that coffeemakers.us.com sells is just beyond baffling. What even more baffling is that people actually leave positive reviews for sub Par products? Not only is this coffee Maker Horrible at making coffee, it doesn't even make a full cup! I noticed a large amount of white residue leaking into the water reservoir, even after running a dozen cups through the machine! The video was after about 10 cups, you can still see some of the white residue leaking back into the reservoir. Is this coffee maker poisoning other people, who knows!? Hello coffeemakers.us.com!? Ours just broke randomly and for no reason, we have had it about a month ;( so for the price this totally sucked. Not sure if it happened from heat or what?
