  • Updated my review and gave more stars for a customer service. They immediately contacted me and offered a resolution. Appreciate the effort made for the customers. I previously had a different brand and should have stick with it because i like. But there was a sale so i decided why not. Got the press a week ago, quality is not the best. The bottom is already leaking.

  • No complaints or suggestions. I unpacked the cafe set and immediately put both through the dishwasher. Both came out beautifully without streaks or spots. The metal funnel showed no signs of water damage. Normally I’m a French Press person. The French Press, I find, gives me a more muddy Turkish feel. But, sometimes it’s nice to switch up. A pour, for me, produces a lighter full body flavor and texture. The ‘Unbreakable Pour-over Coffee Maker’ didn’t disappoint. It’s dishwasher safe. Stands up to hot boiling water. The carafe holds two mugs plus of coffee. While you’re drinking one cup, you can keep the remaining hot in the carafe directly on the burner. Be careful and don’t lose the little rubber handle cover for the funnel like I did. I think by accident I threw it away. Not to worry if you do. The handle stayed cool to the touch. Even though it would be more comfortable with the cover on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Very Short Cord This would be at least five stars as it really makes great coffee and the price is great. What are the problems then you ask? How about the fact you have to put it where you it will fit instead of where you want to. So I deducted one and a half stars for that alone. What's the other half *star you ask? That would be the fact that you have to continuously fill it with water and the exact amount of water that will fill the cup that the coffee will be in. That's okay at 2 p.m. in the afternoon but definitely not okay when you first wake up in the morning. Not so much ,even though it's irritating it makes really great coffee and the price is excellent as well.

We are a huge fan of cold brew in this house. I love this item! This is my third purchase. I've broken one so had to replace it and I've bought one for a friend. In the pictures you can see my favorite least expensive grounds to use that you can purchase at Sam's Club. It takes a little trial and error to get all the grounds wet without making a mess but it's easy enough. I gently use a butter knife and stir while gradually adding water. It's a money saver from the daily coffee shop visit for sure!

My office provides hot water and i wanted to try to acclimate my taste buds to black coffee with cinnamon. I use small grounds and this press keeps them out of my cup! The cinnamon soothes the acidity of the coffee and i think I'm starting to like the taste! Update: 7/27/18. Welp that didn't last past three brews. There are grounds in my coffee on even the first cup now. The extra filters aren't a good deal if they don't last even a few weeks. Returning and going to drip coffee.

High quality materials. Works great with Chemex filters and results in an amazing cup of coffee!

When I initially received this product I loved it. Six months end the pod clean light came on so we cleaned the pot as directed. Only to find out the pod part if the machine would not work, what we found out that there was a pin straight up in the button of the pod pit had bent and not puncher the pod so the coffee would flow through, also upon closure looking the pod unit it’s self was cracked, I only used Ninja pods when making my own coffee or store bought pods. So wondering if this is a common issue the Ninja pod part of the coffee pot has. No problem with the carafe part of coffee pot . Was very disappointed cause I loved my Ninja! Any words?

  • Since we purchased this machine, November 2022 it has been sent back 5 times already several times with error messages!! so many issues beyond that you pay $1000 for a machine that doesn’t work all the time is very frustrating and then you have to pack it up. Send it back and it takes about two weeks sometimes to get it back and then you’re out of a coffee machine for two weeks then you’re spending money that you already spent to have this machine you can make coffee at home but now because the machines been to the repair Versus in my home I’m having to spend money on coffee when I shouldn’t have too !! It is very frustrating at this point I don’t know why they can’t just send me the new machine and take the one that’s broken and use it as a refurbish and resell it somewhere else. Should customer have to wait almost 2 to 3 weeks to get a machine back. I don’t recommend buying this machine. Updated just got back from service and went to brew a cup coffee and exploded and almost hit me in the face

  • I use it for brewing coffee, cappuccino, tea, it’s comes out not so great Temperature is not good and I think it turns flavors not good at all . and I DISLIKE it EXTREMELY LOUD noise, VERY HIGH VIBRATION making things move on countertop. No way to contact the seller. No support .

  • I was hesitant to write the review after just one week of use, but it’s been consistently producing great coffee each morning and I’m thrilled I bought it! The touch screen is very easy to use, there are 4 choices of brew to choose from, though we’ve only tried bold and robust so far. I love the alarm and keep warm features. You can set it to keep the pot warm for up to 4 hours and at 3 different settings: low medium or high (medium keeps it plenty warm). It’s a nice looking coffee maker and the best part for me is that it makes the exact amount of water poured in the reservoir (love that it is separate from machine for easy cleaning). Other coffee makers I’ve tried ended up with sometimes 1-2 cups less than what water was input. The lighted filter makes it easy to see how much coffee is in the filter (helps if you lose track of counting like I do). It was very important I have a 14 cup coffee maker and in full transparency I have only made between 8-10 cups, but I have faith, based on my experience this week, that it will continue making strong, hot coffee no matter the amount.

Makes terrific coffee, and it takes around 5 minutes for my normal 8 cups. It was 5 stars until today when the basket valve broke off. The carafe was always handled gently when inserting and removing as it's obviously a design prone to this very problem. Constantly hitting the valve on the basket, not matter how gently, will lead to the plastic breaking. This break occurred with a month left on the one year warranty. We'll see how responsive the company reacts to a request for a replacement basket. (Hopefully redesigned due to the very large amount of similar problems posted on these reviews of basket related problems). Update 2/23/18 Classic example of how to take a good customer support experience and make it bitter. I received a response within a couple days from customer support, as follows : Thank you for contacting Zojirushi America. I apologize that you are missing a part from your unit. Zojirushi America Corp. warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Commercial products have a six month warranty from the date of purchase. In both cases a valid copy of the purchase receipt is required. Non-electric parts are not covered under the warranty. However, a replacement gasket that holds the valve set in place will be issued to you as a one-time courtesy. I checked the Warranty statement on their web site, and it does state that mechanical parts are not covered. So much for a one year warranty. The gasket is not available as a spare part, only the entire basket, for $9.40. Attached is a photo of the gasket - they actually sent two, bravo for that. It appears to cost about 1 cent. So why kill the entire flavor of the good support with the "one-time courtesy" crapola. This phrase is a favorite of many companies, and make a customer feel they've been done a huge favor for buying the product. Don't do that!

  • Purchased product 3/8/23, arrived 3/12/23 and the programming panel was defective. Poorly made with cheap, lightweight plastic except for the glass carafe. The only reason this product has gotten these many stars must be because of its cheap price! But the real pain started when I contacted Bella customer service on 3/13 and as of today, 3/31. They have done NOTHING. I sent photos, videos, receipt and their own Bella product team verified the programming unit is defective. Unless you want pain, avoid the product and especially the Bella/Made by Gather people because they don't know what customer service means. Classic case of how to lose customers in 1 day!

I'm a photography enthusiast and the first thing that attracted me to it was its ELEGANT VINTAGE LOOK, I love to share my daily life on social media and this coffee pot is perfect for taking photos! To my surprise, it also works well, but my advice would be to change the size of the coffee grounds to as small as possible, boiled the water and let the hot water fully saturate the grounds so you can get to that perfect, sweet taste.

Good capacity, easy to fill and use. Brews a good cup of coffee, even great in my opinion if you use a reusable mesh filter rather than paper filters. Good feature set with adjustable brew strength, timed brewing, programmable schedule and voice activation via the Alexa app or devices. The ONLY issue I had with mine is that if I connect it to my network, instead of showing CST, it's one hour off as it's showing CDT. I can manually adjust it, but it keeps "fixing" itself by applying the one hour off time in short order as long as it's connected to our network. Doesn't make it unusable. Until I figure out how to get the correct time to display, I just have to take the time difference into the equation when programming a brew time. Annoying, but haven't found another solution yet. No idea if this has happened to others or if it'll happen to you, but at least if you read this you'll be aware of the potential for it to happen. That said, it's better than our old coffee maker and we'll continue to use it as it does brew a good cup.

Functional little coffee pot. Serves its purpose. If you’re looking for a high end fancy looking coffee maker than this is not it! Lol This quaint pot does its job for a decent quality price. :) The lid was a little off upon purchase but did not deter me when I did read it on other reviews prior to purchasing. As time has gone on it has become more warped with each use (opening & closing) but nothing that has caused me to discontinue use. Small size structure that fits on top of a microwave area. Depending on your coffee mug size you can get a good amount of 3 to 31/2 cups of coffee. (We tend to use larger coffee mugs) lol
