✍️ I ordered this coffee maker for my small basement kitchen. I really like it's slim form factor. That really helps save space. The instructions are well written and the device is easy to use. It comes with two kinds of pods. One for k-cups. The other is for regular coffee grounds. The k-cups were the way to go. They gave me no problems. The cup for coffee grounds was a little too messy for me. The only other problem is the height of the tumblers I use. This coffee maker has a 6" maximum coffee cup height. Anything taller won't fit. It functions as well as other k-cup coffee makers. I would recommend it to others looking to save counter space in their kitchen. 🔺Pros : -Easy to Use -Saves Space 🔻Cons : -Cup for Coffee Grinds was Messy -Max Height Tumbler 6" 🏗️Design: 9/10 💪Durability: 9/10 🤖Functionality: 10/10 💰Value: 9/10 Star Rating : 5⭐ - Product Exceeds Expectations 4⭐ - Product Meets Expectations 3⭐ - Product Meets Expectations with Minor Flaws 2⭐ - Product Meets Expectations with Major Flaws 1⭐ - Product Does Not Meet Expectations 🙏🏻Thank you for reading my review❗

I ordered this as an upgrade from a 6 ounce phone size. I think that it's smart that this brand makes their sizes a little oversized which can account for the volume of coffee you'll need to use. I do wish this had a screwdriver slot on top of the insert like on my 6 once one just in case it gets accidentally overtightened but not that big of a deal. I do appreciate that it feels like stainless steel compared to some thin flimsy aluminum ones I've seen. The 6 ounce size gets about the same amount of coffee as q quad shot espresso. This size gets you a regular coffee cup of it. This idea my new go to for vietnamess coffee.

Such a bummer. Really loved the look of this coffee machine. It fit so nicely in our limited kitchen space and when it worked, it made a really nice brew. I mean really nice. Unfortunately, it must have some kind of electrical issues because it sometimes works, but most time it doesn't even turn on. When it works we are very happy, but that is maybe once or twice a week. We were hoping it would somehow come to life and act like a normal coffee machine, but it is not and now we are even past our return date. $90 down the drain.

I have a serious soda problem. In order to kick it I found myself getting iced green teas from Dunkin but of course they’re expensive and they always put way too much sweetener in, even when I asked them to only add a little. I began to make it at home but was boiling huge pots of tea on the stove then dumping it from the pot into a giant drink dispenser which took up a ton of fridge space. It was dangerous, time consuming, and messy. So I ordered this iced tea maker after reading all the good reviews. I couldn’t believe it was so cheap since it’s basically a Keurig but for tea. I used one of the reviewers advice and find its better than the instructions. I use five green tea bags, and brew three quarts of tea without adding ice or anything into the pitcher. When it’s done I add three more quarts of water into the reservoir and brew a second time with the same tea bags. You then have a full pitcher of strong tea. I have it on the strongest tea setting as well. I put the lid on and put it in the fridge overnight. The next day I take my tumbler cup, fill it halfway with ice, pour the tea over, then add one pump of Monin syrup (also purchased on coffeemakers.us.com) I have the plain and blackberry. It tastes just as good as Dunkin tea, it’s more versatile since I can buy whatever flavor tea and syrup I want, I can control the amount of sugar, and it’s way cheaper. Green tea has so many health benefits and I am not drinking soda! I’m in love with this product and would absolutely buy another one if anything ever happened to it.

As a frequent traveler, I wanted this to be a better product. I find myself in countries where the closest thing to coffee is Nescafe, even when such countries export world class coffee. On paper it seems like the perfect solution for coffee on the go. Paired with a hand crank coffee grinder, I am able to make a decent cup wherever I find myself. You can also use the Kohipress as a standard traveler tumbler at a coffeeshop, though I have found several of ounces of coffee will migrate into the grounds chamber below the filter. My major complaint with this device is the seemingly unavoidable mess that I make every time I use it. When pressing the coffee, liquid and grinds inevitably seeps up in the space between the metal tumbler and plastic clyinder, spilling hot coffee out onto the table (if you are lucky) or your hands / pants / etc. This seems to be a constant issue with this device, significantly reducing it's utility. Your mileage may vary.

Had for over a year and a half, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting I could do. Tried different grind corses, all across the board but no luck on getting any pressure.

I am new to pour over so cant compare, but can say this was easy to use. For now I am using up my traditional flat coffee filters, but with folding they work, but I bet a filter correctly made for this works better. Makes a nice iced coffee too

  • When I washed in dishwasher, the white print dissolved off the carafe. I've been washing by hand and noticed a large crack on the bottom. Unable to get replacement red carafe for reasonable cost. Plus the alarm is way too loud that alerts you when coffee is finished. Plus the inside of the coffeemaker and even the inside of the carafe stay wet all day, never dry out, which seems unsanitary. Very small crevices to try to dry with a towel. Would not buy again!!!

  • I was so excited for this to be delivered yesterday that I opened it, washed it, and proceeded to make My first batch. It’s super easy to fill and then clean once finished with the grounds. I have yet to find excess grounds in the coffee itself. My last one had that issue. Definitely recommend for cold brew drinkers!

My husband makes “fancy” coffee with two many steps and sometimes I just want an easy, quick brew. This coffee maker is perfect for that. Very easy to use and clean up is easy. The filter basket is easily removed and can be rinsed out and popped in the dishwasher. It does not come with any filters, which I believe is noted in the description.

  • Wonderful for the first 7 weeks, but today the lid will not stay shut on the capsule. I need to put a heavy mug on top to keep it closed.

  • There are no instructions that came with mine. 60 plus years of drinking coffee in a variety of coffee makers, I know how to use this, and it works pretty good. On our electric stove, it takes about 10 - 12 minutes for a full 8 cups to complete. The cool thing about a percolator design, it heats the water to the perfect brewing temp of 205°F. You can tell when it is done when the glass dome shows the water becoming darker. As soon as you see the tint start, give it about 2 more minutes. Lower the heat if it is perking to violently. Turn off the heat and allow it to stop perking. Then serve. Be careful, this makes nice HOT coffee. I want to note the spring. Be careful NOT to lose this spring. The percolator will allow coffee grounds to get into the coffee without the spring. I found that I could push the spring down onto the tube stop enough that the spring stop hold the spring firmly, reducing the chance of losing it. All in all this is a very good, well made percolator coffee maker. Makes really good coffee. Perfect in the morning. Well worth a full 5 stars!

Sadly my CAFFEINE QUEENS Portable Coffee Maker arrived as an opened, ripped coffeemakers.us.com package. Both the bubble wrap the portable coffee maker was sealed in and the box that it came in was damaged too. Despite this, the coffee maker remained intact. There was even debris inside, yet with all of these obvious signs of shipping abuse. My CAFFEINE QUEENS Portable Coffee Maker arrived in excellent condition. No cracks, chips or missing pieces and that speaks volumes about the quality of this little coffee maker! After further examining I immediately cleaned and prepared to use. CAFFEINE QUEENS Portable Coffee Maker can make a really good cup of coffee! This little coffee maker can make enough for two cups of coffee at 8 ounces each. The instructions are on the box that CAFFEINE QUEENS Portable Coffee Maker comes in. There is a double filter function and the bottom, not the top is the filter for coffee. Using the top filter will result in coffee grounds entering the main container where coffee pours into. The bottom filter (it unscrews from the top filter) will take 4+ tablespoons of coffee grounds and over filling will mix the coffee grounds with the coffee. My CAFFEINE QUEENS Portable Coffee Maker also works for tea, loose and bagged. As an avid coffee drinker I can save money and still enjoy a delicious cup of coffee anywhere I go. All thanks to my My CAFFEINE QUEENS Portable Coffee Maker!
