This machine totally got me, it just makes our life so much easier. We had been used the French press for a year, until it broke recently decided to get this machine. So so much easier to clean, and it's definitely a great plus for the multi functions that able to use ground coffee and K-cup. I'll give it a vote

Uneven stain came off as very cheap or bad quality control. It is an easy fix though. The glass is nice for what it is and everything works as intended.

  • I have used Kureig fir over 10 years but my insert broke on my 2.0 cost was $40 just for part, saw this coffee maker on coffeemakers.us.com and once I tried it I couldnt believe that my coffee tast better, dispense time was quicker and takes up less room on my counter. Plus I can take it with me when traveling . Would purchase again

I've been shopping for a expresso machine for sometime as I have never had an expresso machine. I found the Nespresso option which is nice because I don't have to do all the extra work. However I did look at numerous Nespresso machines and from various reviews I decided to try this one. Added bonus this one was cheaper than the other options! The machine is super easy to set up and figure out of the box. Good quality material. And it makes delicious expresso! It is a little noisy if you are worried about that however when researching other machines I believe they are louder. (Videos show them sounding like an airplane) Anyways! If you are looking for a Nespresso machine I'd recommend this one! Note For Improvement For A Newer Model: Make it height adjustable. The short space between the brew head and the drip tray is pretty small and doesn't allow a lot of versatility to make various drinks without having to pour the expresso into a different cup.

  • It does exactly what the description says it would do. :-) ~m

  • Ordered this to try instead of getting the KeurigK15 (a friend owns one and has some problems with it). It's my first single serve machine and here's my list of features with a value of 1-5 for each, 1 being worst and 5 being best: FEATURES great footprint size on counter - 5 attractive style, although material in red color appears a bit cheap - 4 very efficient removable drip tray - 5 helpful distance between downspout and drip tray for large mugs/cups - 5 well designed drainage of water around reservoir inlet portal - 5 recessed holding area for 1.0 or 2.0 Kcups works perfectly and is easy to clean - 5 locking mechanism knob on top is well designed, made, and secures completely for use - 5 single cup/single use reservoir and function ensures water is clean and fresh eash time - 5 **Overall satisfaction with product - 4.7 -----------update 02/22/19------------ Unit suddenly leaked from the inside and top when I ran it this morning making a mess everywhere of grounds, coffee, and water and won't run at all now. Not sure if this is just the lifespan of the coffeemaker or a defective unit, but I've been using it for about 2 kcups per day since I purchased it. That's still a pretty good deal, but of course I wish it lasted longer. ---------update 03/13/19----------- After contacting the Seller and getting a very satisfactory resolution to the problem, I received my new unit and had a capsule burst in the unit (as seen in first pic). Argh.... Because of these past and present experiences, I spent some time considering the operation and have some suggestions which may help to stop the problem from occurring in the future - no matter the type or brand of k-cup capsule being used. 1. In some cases, it seems closing the lid/upper housing of the coffee maker once a k-cup is placed in the chamber is not enough to correctly align and completely pierce the bottom of the k-cup. This allows too much pressure from the incoming water being pumped in from the top of the capsule and often bursts the top seal of the k-cup. I've found that placing the k-cup in the chamber and then carefully manually pressing down the the sides of it to level and pierce the bottom of the k-cup results in a perfectly 'seated' k-cup that is completely flush with the raised lip surrounding the k-cup chamber and has a completely and adequately pierced bottom of the k-cup for liquid to exit. 2. It also seems that with the amount of water being pumped into the pierced top of the k-cup, some pressure can build up that without a gasket or seal around the complete edge of the k-cup top can result in bursting the top seal or causing a leak that results in water/liquid coming out of the bottom of the coffee maker unit. I didn't take the unit apart so I'm not sure where/how this would be happening. I used a piece of spongy waterproof foam material (protective packaging sheet) with a thickness of 1/8 inch or about 3mm and cut a circle with a diameter of 1/2 inch larger than the k-cup capsule, so that 1/4 inch extended beyond the k-cup top all the way around. After placing the k-cup into the chamber and pressing it into place so that the bottom was completely pierced and the top was flush with the raised lip surrounding the k-cup chamber, I placed the foam ' gasket' on top of the k-cup so that it was centered and then carefully lowered the coffee maker lid/upper housing and then held the lid firmly shut while turning the lock on top of the lid. This allowed the sharp plastic insertion piece in the lid to pierce through the foam and into the k-cup, and also created a seal on the rest of the k-cup and around the edge where it meets the chamber lip with a very slight amount of pressure. I'm sure such a design could be built into the top of the upper housing - perhaps a foam or rubber gasket that extends from the existing rubber seal around the plastic inserting piece in the lid to just beyond the raised lip of the chamber and creating a liquid-proof seal. After testing carefully using the first step mentioned here along with the fabricated foam gasket, there were no leaks and the coffee exited the lower nozzle of the chamber quickly and easily. When opening the lid of the coffee maker afterwards, the interior around the chamber was clean and dry. I then used 5 different brands of k-cups and made 12 cups of coffee using the methods described here. There were no leaks, malfunctions, and the interior around the chamber was clean and dry each time I opened the lid after the brewing process was complete. Now I can continue using this little powerhouse with no worries of leaks. 👍😎☕

  • I reached out to the company regarding a persistent leak issue. Although they initially responded and sent a replacement connector, the problem continues. Unfortunately, the company’s support has since become unresponsive despite repeated attempts to follow up. I was assisted by a support representative named Eddy D., but the matter remains unresolved. I’m disappointed in the lack of effective solutions and the slow communication, and I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service.

I bought this on Prime day and was really excited to try it out. However when I unpacked it, I noticed the water tank was cracked so I can’t even try it. Waiting to hear back from Lavazza about replacing the water tank.

I've been using this for under four months, generally about 1-2 times a week. It worked perfectly fine for a month or so. Then it started leaking... And leaking... And leaking. I now set the coffee dripper part on a plate while brewing overnight; by morning the plate is full of leaked coffee. And as pictured, it also leaks while draining after brewing. Annoying.

I was worried this might not make a good cup of coffee and it definitely did. I grind my coffee a bit coarse for a drip system, and that grind worked well for this too. Only one of the holes was plugged and no more of the fines came through here than with my reusable filter on my regular drip coffee maker system. This made several cups of smooth pour-over coffee without a problem. I used it about four times now and it's easy to wash it out and use. Pour-over coffee requires a little patience, but this didn't test mine as it just worked as it should. I plan to try this with a filter to see if there's any difference (for better or worse) in the quality of the coffee. Pros: Simple instructions for those unfamiliar with the process Easy to use Easy to clean Well made (no sharp edges, no defective pieces, etc.) Cons: None yet

  • I love this cold brew pitcher. It is cheaper than buying pouches of cold brew. I use 1 heaping cup of ground coffee. I fill it half way with water, pour in the coffee, top with water and let it sit for 24-48 hours and it’s great. I bought a second one so that I never run out of cold brew!

  • I like that it is so easy to use, its lightweight and compact, it came with two Keurig style refill containers, it also and most importantly makes really hot delicious coffee. I worry that it may be easily broken or damaged. Overall I really like it!

There is not much to say about this: it works as advertised and the instructions lead you to producing a nice strong cup of coffee. I tend to drink mine warm rather than iced, but the pot, glass, and directions will provide the proper proportions to add just enough crushed ice to make it iced if you prefer it that way. (in the picture, I have already had a drink from this glass) I grind my coffee to a "3" with a burr grinder and it takes about 7 minutes for the full brew to happen. It makes a single cup and it is not a big size, so if you're accustomed to the massive Starbucks-sized coffees, this is probably not for you. The kit comes nicely packaged in a box that could be easily gift wrapped for someone who likes this style of coffee.

  • We really did a lot of research on reviews and watched videos downloaded. I really have no clue how anyone had any problems with this Keurig. Easy functionality, easy cleaning, frother is awesome and great tasting which for a picky coffee drinker like me, it says a lot. I actually love the taste far better than my last Keurig and Starbucks, and I used to be a Starbucks addict. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have any problems. The only two things I can say that were not convenient, and it’s no deal breaker, is that it didn’t come with the filtration device like my old Keurig did and the Keurig reusable Kcup pod for your own ground coffee. Easy solution is to buy them. I had the old filtration system that fits. And order any reusable kcup that is compatible or from Keurig. Also, one review said it was noisy... uhhh noisy? No. Barely sounds when frothing and you can’t hear the coffee. I wrote this review back in September 2020. Figured I would follow up and let everyone know, BEST PURCHASE EVER! The amount of money we have saved is insane probably paid it off by now 5 times over as we were major Starbucks addicts. The last time I had a coffee at Starbucks has been since I purchased this baby. My sons love the Ice Lattes. Tip for a Starbucks flavor cap or latte, I pour my choice of Starbucks creamer to the black froth disk and the rest 2% milk. I use Bustello Expresso coffee in a reusable Kcup for a perfect cup. Perfect cup every time and I didn’t always get that at Starbucks. Buy and guaranteed you will Enjoy!

  • We switched over to Bayka French Press from Keurig. I absolutely love my new Bayka French press coffee maker! It's sleek, easy to use, and makes a rich, flavorful brew every time. It's perfect for anyone who appreciates a simple yet effective way to enjoy great coffee. The glass design keeps my coffee hot for about 10-15 min. The fine mesh filter ensures a smooth, grit-free cup. Cleaning was a breeze, as I would just put it in the dishwasher. Mine is about 6 months old but I started noticing the top rim is chipping away at multiple places. I would give it a 5 Star but did not last more that 6 months.
