The kit is great the cold brew jar was a nice starter and the device is easy and makes 2 coups of cold brew. Love it, recommend.

I just got this new Keurig so it’s too soon to comment on its performance. I love that it holds more water and it made a great first cup. I did want to comment on the color. I was hesitant but, decided to go with the brushed gold and I’m so glad I did. It looks great in my kitchen!

First time using this machine we used the wire filter, coffee grounds all over the filter area. So we tried the cone paper filters, same thing. So, we tried less grounds, still, same thing. Why is the coffee machine doing this? Take a look at the pictures. And how am I supposed to clean this mess? Very disappointed

I love this machine. I use it daily. I collect the different pods to try different flavors. It’s quite a treat. I recommend this product.

First, a single cup of coffee that comes out of this tastes amazing; HOWEVER, it really needs a better auto-off feature. As you can see from my photo, I wrote " Unplug me" to remind my boyfriend to turn it off (he still forgets 😅). The machine has an indicator light that shows when the cycle ends, and the machine turns off when the indicator light goes out at the end of the cycle; however, I think this is actually bad that the light turns off, because you mistakenly think the machine is off completely... it is not. The indicator light must be a temperature or pressure gauge. It is very easy to forget to turn off the brew setting on the knob. If the knob is turned to the brew setting, the machine kicks back on as soon as the temp and/or pressure goes down enough for it to think it's a new brew... then it kicks back on, heats up, turns off... rinse and repeat. This means is stays on for hours if you don't carefully adjust the knob or unplug the machine. Also, I mentioned it's good for one cup. If I try to make a second cup immediately, or if the machine has been left on, it leaks water and steam from the coffee tray - machine seam. (Where the metal cup attaches to the machine). I assume this is related to the temperature of the metal around the edge of the fittings. This causes a big mess, and a much smaller cup of coffee. I suppose it is one of the more affordable options, but you get what you pay for here. I'm probably going to replace it when I can afford a nicer one.

Quickly and easily spliced into the RO line and installed on the coffee maker. Kind of wish the plastic was black and I had installed it on the side of the resevior, but that's OK. Aside from aestetics it's great. Always full and ready to make coffee!!

I bought this after I quit drinking alcohol. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Absolutely fantastic product. It makes a cup of tea/coffee in about 60 seconds. I make probably 8 cups a tea a day with it. Probably most satisfied with this product as any purchase I’ve ever made! Seriously.

There’re some stains on filter cup,I tried to clean but it did not go away, which is either a used one or a old one

This machine does it all! I’ve had it for over a month and have not run into any issues. It makes great espresso shots, drip coffee and can froth up milk (cold and warm). After breaking my espresso maker a few years back I’ve been on the look out for a great coffee maker and I think I’ve found the one (without breaking the bank!). Also love the easy measuring system. The scoop for the coffee grounds tells you exactly what to scoop out and the water reservoir has convenient markings as well. So it truly is the same perfect cup every time!

Very simple! But easy to break! I have had to buy a total of 4 or 5 of these because they break so easily! I dropped it from counter into the sink and it broke. My brother dropped one on the floor and it broke! Great product for what you’re buying just be careful! Enjoy my video of my morning coffee!

I am very picky when it comes to my coffee - somedays I prefer a cappuccino, other days just a plain cup of coffee. I have gone through many coffee makers, espresso machines, and specialty coffee makers, but I wanted an affordable coffee maker that would give me all options - coffee, iced coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos, along with amazing, thick foamed milk. I will say, hands down, this is the BEST coffee maker I have ever had. I love the single cup K-cups, the option to make all different types of coffees/espressos, and the frother is absolutely amazing at making the best foam for my cappuccinos!

This Keruig is very compact where the water reserved is in the back and that the size dimensions make it spacious for kitchen counter so that it can be added to other appliances to fit on kitchen counter. Before use note: always put water in the amount on the reserve at the line that is provided If not Keruig will not start up. The Keruig is a very smart coffee maker. If you’re thinking to purchase it, it’s worth it. It also comes in different colors in this model. Works the same as the original Keruig. ☕️

I love my cold brew maker, however, this is the second one that I have had come apart like this. I purchased this one in April to replace the other one that came apart at the seam. I am debating getting another because I use mine every single day but the cost of rebuying them is overtaking the cost of me purchasing coffees elsewhere. Please look into making this product stronger….i have talked several friends into buying one and a couple have had the same issue **this says my review was done in July of 2023. I did a review back then but this review is as of August 14, 2024

Black & Decker Mill & Brew. Oddly, the nipple that dispenses the coffee into carafe does not center the carafe. It's offset and the coffee enters the pot through the slits on the top of the lid.... are you kidding me Black & Decker? I ordered the 1st one from Home Depot and a second from coffeemakers.us.com just to see if I got a lemon the first time. Nope. Same identical unit with the same offset. Does anyone else have this issue? I noticed the issue because every now and then I hear a sizzle, you know, the sound you hear when liquid hit the hot base. I do not pour coffee until brew is complete yet liquid somehow drip to hot base and caused sizzle sound. That's what prompted my investigation and discovered the offset. I called B&D, and customer service said they will send a new unit once they are in stock. Purchased 1/13/21. I will update this review once I receive a new unit. Hope the replacement carafe fits properly. We shall see. coffeemakers.us.com does not allow returns on this product. Update: B&D sent a refund for the unit and explained it had been discontinued.
