Still loving this machine after 6 weeks of daily use. Great money saver for excellent cappuccinos and espresso. Regular coffee steering is also very good. Much better than k cups. Can't remember the last time I picked up coffee instead of making my own. The coffee and milk based drinks are cafe quality. I was a little concerned about coffee quality as I am used to using fresh ground beans. I got rid of a Gaga Titainm super automatic espresso machine because it took up to much counter space and I never could master the foam making. Went to a coffee press, grinder and foam maker - to many appliances out and was a hassle. Saw this and bam! Just the ticket! Takes minimal space. Easy to use, clean looking and makes great coffee. The pods are still cheaper than going to a cafe for espresso and milk based drinks.

  • It's my first time using a 2-in-1 coffee maker. K-cups aren't my preferred coffee style, but having the option is nice. I tested the ground coffee feature, and I can say I liked it. In the mornings, I usually have to wait for nearly 10 minutes with my other coffee maker to make a cup of coffee. The best feature of this coffee maker, in my opinion, is its practicality, it's incredibly practical. I put enough coffee in the small forever filter for myself, and the brewing time is about a minute. The coffee quality is average; I didn't have very high expectations, and it met my expectations. Cleaning is quite simple. The only disadvantage is that being a light-colored coffee maker, it looks dirty very quickly.

I was ready to give this a 5 but, now, with a family reunion in process, making coffee for everyone, I filled the machine with water and as it was getting ready to perk, is spilled water all over the counter. NO COFFEE! Upon further inspection, the return hose in the heating element cracked and broke and spilled the 12 cups of water all over the counter! I will call and register a complaint. I believe Mr. Coffee owes me a replacement!

Bought the Ninja iced 1st and returned it right away as it doesn't adjust temperature of brew . This Kuerig is exactly what we wanted for iced beverages! Worked perfectly. Doesn't melt all the ice by the time it's done brewing .

  • Initial review: Love the overall design of the machine. The frother works pretty well, coffee brewed is good, carafe feels sturdy. However, as is shown in the picture, there is a broken little plastic in the water reservoir that I couldn't identify where it belongs to. If anything changes I will update the review.

  • This coffee maker is super fast (unlike the Keurig coffee maker). It heats the water instantly. The tank is very easy to fill, as you don't need to remove it to fill it. Just open the lid and add water as needed. I ordered some different syrups and now have my own coffee bar for a fraction of the cost at Starbucks. Makes great coffee. 👍🏻

Awful. Not with the price or maintenance/cleaning. The kcup portion of this frequently explodes leaving an incredible mess of grounds and coffee all over your counter. The carafe portion also needs frequent cleaning and the basket the grinder is incredible small leading to whole coffee beans getting into the basket. After a single coffee this thing gets so gummed up that the hassle isn’t worth it. Worst coffee machine I have ever owned.

  • UPDATED... 1st maker "on" button dislocated INSIDE maker body in less than 3 weeks of once daily use.. returned for replacement. 2nd maker on button dislocated inside maker body within 2 days. Kept the 2nd, but use a screwdriver to push the metal "on button" the plastic button was covering. Great brew, horrible design. Avoid buying what could be a wonderful product with better design. "Iced coffee" maker? yup! Does the ice melt as the hot brew drips on it? yes, some. Does it make a great cup of COLD coffee with which to then season/make as I wish! Yes! With flavored syrup, half & half and a splash of 2% plus adding a few more ice cubes for keeping it cold longer - this makes my favorite iced coffee/latte of all time!

  • Packed full of technology, this stirrer, coffee infuser is ahead of its time. It consists of an insulated stainless steel tumbler, a magnetic stirrer, and a control unit. It also comes with a coffee infuser built into the lid that can be disconnected from the lid. What I liked: Well made and well designed. Easy to clean. Works well to stir in lightweight ingredients like electrolyte powder. Coffee infuser included. Carrying strap included. What I didn't like: No instructions besides what was printed on the box. Protective tape stuck on button stubborn to remove. Proprietary magnetic connector on charging cable. Hint: To operate the stirrer, first pull the protective tape off of the touch button. Then hold your finger on the button until the stirrer turns on. To turn the stirrer off, tap the button.

  • I wanted to upgrade my cold brew maker to a larger size and this one worked out great, however, the seal broke after the very first use. I wanted to give it another shot, but turns out it is not eligible for returns!

The device arrived on time as expected and it was well packed. I did not use the device yet, but after talking it out of the box, I saw that the device is tilted (leaning like Pisa tower), and this is a bother to my naked eye. See the picture. I used a ruler to better show the tilting. There are not to many adjustments that can be done and the manual does not provide any advice on how to straiten the device. I have not use the device yet, but I'll keep you posted about that experience. Hope that helps 😀.

My initial interest for this coffee maker, was sparked due to the sleek and absolutely beautiful design! While the size of it is rather large, I was actually really happy with the display of it on my kitchen counter! It’s extremely stylish and meshed right in with the rest of my modernly designed kitchen. The DeLonghi TrueBrew truly is a game changer. I’m not one for difficult coffee, and this machine literally creates the PERFECT cup of coffee directly from the bean. Each cup tastes fresh. I’d also like to add that while other machines claim to be capable of brewing over ice, none have ever come close to the iced coffee brewed with this machine. It has the “Over-Ice” mode that can be selected at the click of a button. You simply just place the cup of ice underneath, press brew and allow the TrueBrew to do its thing. The iced coffee is phenomenal. Cafe brewed tasting coffee from the comfort of your own home. After a bit of trial, I did learn that I need to be sure to empty the coffee grounds after every 3 uses or so, just to ensure I am getting the freshest blend. The cleaning of the machine was just as easy as the use, with the removable front face. This machine is worth every dollar in my opinion. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the market!

Pro: This coffee maker has an attractive sleek design (only 1 button) and it has a relatively low profile: 12.5" high. This was a consideration for me because I need to put it underneath cabinets that are 18.5" above the countertop. There is just enough room to be able to open the hinged top of the water tank all the way and pour water from a 1-quart measuring cup. (See the picture.) Most other similar coffee makers are 14-15" tall, which is too much for my space. It looks nice next to other brushed stainless countertop items as in the picture. Con: I bought the same coffee maker before and it stopped working after 15 months due to a burned-out power wire connection inside. I've seen a few other people report the same problem, although I'm willing to take another chance. If you want to remove the bottom panel, to get access to the inner workings, you can use a very small ordinary (slot) screwdriver to remove the funny screws with triangular holes.
