Great, simple cold brew coffee maker that's effortless to use, store and clean, and my coffee tastes nice and smooth. You'll need to adjust the recipe to your individual taste. Fits in the fridge door, and I had no issues with leaks. Also ran the components through the dishwasher on the top rack and everything came out fine. So much cheaper than buying expensive cold brew by the bottle or cup, and will pay for itself in no time!
This Takeya cold brew coffee jug is wonderful! I know a lot of people use Mason jars, however, I wanted something easier to grab from the fridge and more lightweight (and cheaper!). I have used Takeya products before and have been impressed with their durability as well as the easiness of cleaning them. This cold brew jug has only 4 pieces; the jug, the handle, the lid, and the coffee filter. The coffee filter has an extremely fine mesh and it has not let through even the finest of coffee grounds. It is really easy to clean! The filter, after filling it with your favorite coffee (I find non-flavored coffee to taste best during the cold brew process) then screws into the lid. After you have filled up the jug about 85% of the way with filter water, you place the filter (already attached to the lid) into the water filled jug and screw it on! The coffee will have a great flavor within 8 hours, however, it is most potent by 24hrs and stays fresh up to 72hrs in my opinion. Remember, you are brewing a coffee concentrate as about 1 cup of grounds are used to brew. Mix with 2 parts water or you will... well, be like me that didn't read the directions and was up until 3am with a caffeine high, lol. Overall, I am really pleased with this purchase! Purchased this product in February 2016 and it is now May 30 2016.....so so so disappointed! I had this less than 6 months and it stopped working!! I thought this coffee maker was amazing, but boy was I wrong. Everything lights up and clicks when buttons are pushed, but won't make coffee anymore or heat the pot. I tried turning it off and on...unplugging and plugging back in the wall....getting on my hands and knees and saying a prayer to the coffee gods, but nothing would make it brew. It now makes a great clock!
The large water reservoir seals the deal. The controls are perfect. No confusion. You can control strength of brew and size of serving with good accuracy. Plus it is quiet and it looks nice on my countertop!
I was so very excited for this beautiful looking little coffee maker... The first time I ran it it was perfect. Used it a second time to run through water to clean it out and it didn't work The button kept jamming. Try to third time was able to get it running a little bit but then all the water did not come out of the reservoir effectively not making coffee. So while it's super cute looking and the idea is fantastic it's really a poorly made product. So disappointed I couldn't wait to get this!!
Seems like it would do the job but glass filter dome came broken and has little instructions.
I was super excited to get this for the convenience and ease of making cold brew. I needed something that would filter out the coffee grounds quick and easy. Unfortunately the filter doesn’t keep all of the coffee grounds in and I’m having to filter out the coffee a second time if I don’t want coffee grounds in my cold brew. Very disappointed and would return if I kept the box as I will not continue using this.
I like the part that I dont have to boil water separately just to make coffee. I can easily use the cup, put everything in the maker and in a few minutes, just grab the cup and rush to the work. I think the price may be a little higher, but given there are others that cost more than this (the ones I looked up), I am satisfied.
My Keurig went out on me and I do not want to purchase another since I do not use K-pods. This has saved my mornings. I like to sit with a cup of coffee while studying the Bible. I had heard of the pour over method but never gave it much attentions. Oh boy, this method makes a richer cup of coffee. The glass is well made and the pieces fit together perfectly. The bottom piece has measurements of 100 ml and 200 ml. The piece is also made like a double vacuum. The shape of the top piece allows for versatility when brewing. I used cheesecloth and had no problems. I am sure a coffee filter would fit just as well. The only lack is that it has no handle. I think if the bottom had a handle , it would be easier to manipulate.
This is an amazing coffee maker that has elevated my home brewing experience beyond expectations. So I love coffee as does my husband but he likes plain Jane nothing fancy just plain old coffee (drip at home, gas station, airplanes, diners, etc). Now, enter the Braun Multiserve coffee machine and this elevates both of our coffee drinking to a new level. It is so high end! It is quick and intuitive to setup straight out of the box. The feature I like the most is the flexible brewing size options which are great for when you just want a cup or travel mug sized serving and not an entire pot. Also my husband and I both agree that the Golden Cup technology (a certification that makes sure it brews at the optimal brewing temperature) truly brews a better cup of coffee. My only complaint is similar to what others have said in that the pot is difficult to clean unless you have tiny child-like hands which I do haha but I prefer to make my husband clean it and he tells me I should since my hands are smaller. Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anyone looking to upgrade their home brewing experience!
WARRIORS1 Single Serve Coffee Maker for Keurig K Cup Pod, Espresso Machine for Nespresso. There are a lot of good qualities this coffee maker. First off it can brew just about any kind of pod. It comes with the adapters to fit into the machine and just pop them in and brew. It doesn’t take long for the machine to warm up. It has 3 different cup sizes and an adjustable base to accommodate the cup. The reservoir holds a decent amount of water to make at least 3 to 4 cups before needing refilling. I was a little disappointed that I was unable to brew ground Expresso as it’s to fine and will cause the machine to overflow. Which is why I gave it 4 stars. It is a sleek, compact, modern, looking machine and very functional for basic copies of any kind. Overall, I think it’s a great coffee machine, especially if you have limited space and are looking for a variety of types of pods to brew.
My mom only drank instant coffee for over 70 years. This is her first pour over and real coffee. So let's hope she likes it.
The coffee pot was shattered, glass everywhere. Got the vacuum out, for this is a shoeless house with Service dog and cat, and guests! The back part of the protective bubble wrap was filled with coffee stains. The cappuccino top and interior was grungy with grit from sediment. The top of the cappuccino area has old built up coffee grinds. Although I had the vacuum out and vacuumed everything, before removing the breakage (GLASS) in order to see if the cappuccino worker and if my glass pot would fit. I vacuumed everywhere, I have a shard of glass in my foot!! We are a shoeless house, with a Service dog and cat and guests!!! Now, not only do I have to take the time to go to UPS, get a print of some address I do not know where to return this package back, After taking such care to move the breakage, the entire unit and replace all in the box. I have to go to the doctors to remove the shard of glass from the bottom of my foot!! This was sheers ignorance to not wrap glass for shipment! I cleaned the new one up and placed my old one next to the new one. The Older Krups is larger and in the same condition as this newer one I order. and the older one is 13 years old!!!Krups 985-42 Il Caffe Duomo Coffee and Espresso Machine, Black I have had "Krups coffee and cappuccino" makers since the 90's, they lasted over 10 years each and the one which does now make coffee, however the cappuccino maker failed after 13 years, it was time to search for another one. This was disappointing
The Restlrious 2-Pack Replacement Coffee Pot fit perfectly in my coffee maker. I have no issues with the set. I love the metal base, you feel more confident of it not breaking easily and it looks really nice too.
Love this set. It fits right on my desk. I didn’t include the top pieces as they are in my kitchen at the moment. It makes the perfect drink when needed in the afternoon or morning. Wish I could have got have caught the mug set on sale. 😭 Either way, it’s a great product.
