  • I was really excited to get this. Came in the mail today and was so disappointed that it came in broken and shattered.

Works OK, but the quality of the outside finish is poor. There is one big spot where the finish is pitted near the handle, and a few other smaller ones around the outside. I would return it if I wanted to use this for guests, but as it is just for me, I will just live with it. If you want a nice one to put out for visitors, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Do not buy this coffee machine. Within several weeks the labels on the front wore off . And when I contacted Braun they said it was normal wear and tear. Really, after a few weeks? This is clearly a manufacturing defect on a machine that pretty pricey. I would stay away.

  • I would not recommend this. It makes good coffee, but the design makes it very difficult to fill the unit with water, and impossible to pour the entire contents of the carrageenan without taking the top out and holding it upside down. It looks good, but is a functional failure.

I was looking for something that had the features I wanted and still looked nice on the counter. I've had numerous Keurigs in the past and switched to Cuisinart for my last coffeemaker purchase. It was a dual single serve and full pot model and worked fine until recently. So far, I've used this one twice after the initial set up. PROS: 1. Color and style - Thank you Cuisinart for something other than black! This one is pretty and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in my off white kitchen. The blue light is pleasing. the water tank is easily accessed and filled. 2. It makes hot coffee. I am accustomed to heating my coffee in the microwave after brewing, but this machine made it pleasantly hot and enjoyable without heating. I did use the XHOT function. 3. Brew strength was good. I didn't find a strong or bold feature, but I typically use a bolder coffee on the 10 oz. setting and a lesser bold type on the 8 oz, size and both were good. 4. Easy set up. Instructions were straightforward and simple. CONS: 1. The item I received had water droplets in the water tank. I called Cuisinart and there was no real definitive explanation except maybe it was tested. I don't see any indication of it being refurbished. I just thought this was odd. 2. If you do unplug the coffee maker (I did this looking for the serial number which is on the bottom), you need to reset the time. My old Cuisinart retained the time. No big deal. 3. Water Filter: When someone buys a white or off-white appliance, it is likely they care about color. The water filter holder is black and really noticeable. In my opinion, it detracts from the beauty of the appliance, so I elected not to use it. The cord and the on/off switch are also black.

I love my Keurig K250! It is more compact than most Keurigs I have seen, so it doesn't take up much space on the counter. It only takes a few minutes to preheat before it is ready to make a cup of coffee. I love that it is quick, so if I'm in a hurry I still have plenty of time to make a cup before I have to leave. I received my Keurig free for testing from Influenster, but would definitely buy one if I hadn't!

Even cheaper one, excellent performance and taste so good!

  • Bought this single coffee maker to replace an old Black and Decker single brewer. The Wirsh is much better than the B&D it replaced. It makes a good cup of coffee, is nicer looking, makes less noise when brewing and has a programmable timer and LCD display. All in all a good product for the price and it comes with a travel coffee mug.

  • This tray is simple, but has made functionality in the kitchen better. Always dragging the coffee maker out to brew coffee leaves marks on the counter from the coffee maker’s rubber feet. The ease of use with the roller balls on this tray makes pulling the coffee maker out a breeze with no countertop marks

If it’s not working you’re not using it right. I had a ton of water in the portafilter when I was done brewing. Took me forever to figure out what was going on. It was user error. I googled it and found that I was not filling it up enough. I thought I was over filling it and would take some out. I have a photo here showing when it’s full. It looks to full but trust me it’s not. I have used this machine 2 times a day since December 31st and it’s mid February no issues great coffee each and every time. If you want a very hot express you might have to heat yours in the microwave. I get a hot latte from the frothing milk as I wait until the milk is so hot it will almost burn you and part that in my coffee. Makes great latte’s As for the coffee it’s great! the Doreen I the clear cup side view it just coffee. I noticed there were multiple reviews of different coffee makers under the this one that are not the same. I like when people put the photos so you know for sure it’s the right product being reviewed. So I put the photo from coffeemakers.us.com on here. I did by the clear double walked coffee cups so cute. As for the cup warmer NOT. It’s warm but not warm enough for anything so just ignore that part but it’s totally not a deal breaker. This machine is great and looks nice on your counter. Easy to clean and use.

  • The picture you can see I brewed Peet’s major dickinson roast got creamy and amazing and the orient cup is a espresso pod . I’m so happy with this coffee machine 3x1. I also get k pods and brew all everyday . Love love it

I had bought this pitcher based on the pictures and descriptions I read. Not sure if it’s a manufacturing error, but my lid does not airtight seal. It wiggles around and there’s a considerable gap between the glass and the lid. On top of it, I didn’t realize that the metallic filter only reaches around halfway down from the top. So if you want like a few cups, the water can’t even reach the coffee height. Also the filter doesn’t have remotely enough volume for the amount of coffee necessary for the 5 cups the pitcher can hold. Those are major flaws for me. For the price was not worth the buy.

  • I absolutely love the Ninja coffee makers BUT after this being my 3rd one that suddenly quit brewing, not worth the $$ spent on them. My last one stopped working suddenly after about 8 months. This one just over a year. Not to happy. I am a regular coffee drinker, no more than a 1/2 pot a day and a handful of times twice a day. Hundreds of dollars bye bye. They should last longer then they have.

  • VVGCS Collapsible Travel Pour Over Coffee Dripper Kit Single Cup, Paperless Camping Pour Over Coffee Maker with Metal Filter, Backpacking Manual Coffee Maker for Camping Coffee. This collapsible travel pour over coffee dripper is cute. It comes in tie-dye color combinations and collapses to a disc no more than 3/4 inch thick. And it has a handy quick-drying nylon wrist strap to hang it by. I love all of this. What I wasn't terribly impressed with was the coffee it brewed. I was looking for an easy solution to a one-coffee-cup morning. For this to work well it needs the correct grind of coffee. I used regular drip coffee and the water rushed right through, leaving me with brown colored water. Hm. Then I tried the contents of a Keurig-style cup, which is an extremely fine grind. The powder-fine coffee settled in the bottom of the pour-over and delivered a reasonable cup of coffee. Reasonable enough that I would travel with this or use it on a morning that I don't want to make an entire pot of coffee for myself. If I travel with this, though, a box of Keurig-style cups will go with me.

Yes it’s easy to clean. I use the paper filers instead of the plastic one. I feel the hot plate does not keep the coffee hot enough, and after 2-hours when it shuts down the machine does not make any noise or give you any signal in case you want to keep it on. Which my other machine did. The coffee machine is nice but not great. I’m not sending it back because I should of read more about it.
