I held off on getting a keurig because I could never get a cup of coffee strong enough when I used my friends' and families' machine. With the new multi stream technology in this machine, I was able to get the flavor I wanted. Love the Wi-Fi connection, it is brewed by the time I get to the kitchen. Only downside is the mess it makes while brewing. My counter is speckled with coffee stains after every cup.

Hi, it’s Glamorous Gem, hope you all are having a wonderful day, Anyway, I merely wanted to upgrade from my old coffee maker. In the midst of me enjoying tea and coffee, as well as other brewing styles, this one seemed very appealing. This coffee maker has 4 modes and can be used with Tea, K-cups, or Coffee Grounds. It also has 4 different brew styles such as Hot, Bold, Iced Coffee & Iced Tea. It seems like a decent deal for the pricing, as well as, a very versatile type of coffee machine overall. First off, it wasn’t hard to get together. The maker itself was fully assembled, and it came with 3 separate cups for brewing. Plus, two manuals. It has a few small features such as, a removable spill tray, 16oz water reservoir, a small space friendly profile, easy to see and navigate controls, 3-4 minute brew time, energy saver, and fits up to 7.3’ cups, too. What I immediately like is the fact that instructions were very clear, and it was indeed easy to use. Besides washing out your inserts first, it was basically ready for use, all you have to do is fill one of the cups with your options, insert it inside the top, close the lid and press your desired mode. That’s all, very quick and simple. I had a very slow coffee maker before, so it could take me a good 30 minutes for it to drip. I was surprised this was done in less than 5-10mins. It didn’t take long at all for the water to boil and for it to show a steady stream of coffee. Even filling it, it produced a good short sized 20oz cup for me, and nothing spilled. So, it was a very efficient and clean process. Lastly, I like that it is easily storable, portable, and overall lightweight enough for those quick trips where you don’t have access to a coffee bar. All in all, it seems like a very high quality and very well made coffee machine. Just as good as those high priced ones.5/5 PS: No matter the nature, I only write honest, unbiased, and trustworthy reviews. Thanks for reading 📚📖😊

I totally love the design of this coffee maker. Best overall design that I've seen in a coffee maker so far. The pros: It's easy to fill and easy to clean after use. Ergonomically friendly. Comes with useful accessories. The con: When it comes to the brew, my coffee comes out very weak. I find myself having to use almost twice the amount of coffee ground to achieve my desired strength. I contribute this flaw to the false brew temperature that they advertise. There's no way this coffee is brewed at 200 degrees fahrenheit. It's lukewarm at best when completed. It's perfect for anyone who wants to drink their entire cup of coffee in 30 seconds or less. However, if it was actually brewed at the temperature advertised, it would properly extract the flavor needed to make an excellent cup of coffee. I really wish there was a way to increase the brewing temperature because like I said, I totally love the design. Considering a return. I have until the end of January, but I love the design so much. Did I mention that before? Help me Zojirushi.

We have had this machine for a month. It is so quiet compared to our old Breville that was on its last legs. We picked this model to fit under our cabinets, to keep coffee hot for up to 5 hours and the quality of the coffee. It’s worth it to pre warm the carafe if you want hot coffee more than three hours after it’s brewed. The copper heating element turns off after it heats the water. The light on the side stays on. You won’t burn out the heating element. Some people were complaining that the coffee cone was not stable when you set it on the counter. See the attached picture, turn the lid upside down and place the cone inside. It’s then flat and stable. This product is easy to use. We use a glass brush to clean the carafe. The one thing that I don’t like is the coffee that remains around the top after you pour because I anticipate staining. So far wiping with a paper towel dries it quickly.

  • I love this little machine, I got it discounted at $20 and for both the machine and the cup it comes with that’s a steal. However, if you’re like me and have a Starbucks tumbler addiction, be aware that Starbucks venti tumblers are slightly taller than the tumbler the machine comes with and “just” too tall to use under the machine as-is. You need to give the machine just a little more height for use with a Starbucks tumbler. I have mine on a rolling stand so that it can be pushed away to give me more counter space, it adds about an inch of extra height which is perfect.

I did a lot of research. It was between this and Moccamaster and 8 cup Oxo. Based on price and simplicity bought the Oxo first. Then returned for the breville precision. So happy I did. It’s the coffee maker James Hoffman uses so that says a lot. Moved from k-cup to this. Totally new experience and the coffee tastes so much better. Also bought a scale and grinder. Measuring helped make every cup a winner! Love this coffee maker!

  • This press looks a lot sturdier than it is. The part that looks like painted metal is plastic, and so is the lid. The press itself is a little stronger, and has a decent, tight feel. The glass is quite thin though, so you'll want to exercise caution when setting it down, and I wouldn't want to inadvertently tap it against something. Also, the wooden handle isn't attached tightly at the bottom. This may be by design, but it makes the press feel less substantial. There's a pretty big gap between the bottom of the carafe and the plunger. (see pic) At its lowest position, it's probably around an inch of space. That's okay if you're making a strong serving, or even two servings. But you won't be able to squeeze much coffee out of the coarse grounds in the bottom unless you're using a LOT of grounds. (or as I said, making two cups) I wouldn't mind so much about the plastic, but I was able to find a comparable press made of stainless steel for only one US dollar more. Still, it isn't a bad buy, and it does work. Comes with two extra strainer sheets.

  • WOW! It makes an incredible cup of espresso, now I can have a great cup of coffee everywhere I want, I'd like to buy one more for my parents who love traveling.

Why would you offer the exact same coffee maker as you've always made, and take away one of the key features that makes it functional to the user? The well-marked water levels are from the old machine, the UNmarked water levels are on the new machine. What a ridiculous thing to do. Going to have to find some white nail polish and mark them myself.

  • I like it takes very little counter space . Living in a tinyhouse every inch matters l. But it is cheaply made. Poorly designed. For example the drip try has a removable screen cover which is nice until you remove it to find the reservoir below is not removable so you have to unplug the unit remove the water tank to empty the overflow or swamp it out with paper towel or dish towel. Definitely would not recommend

  • We had a 7,500 mile road trip planned for this summer which included hotel stays, camping, and about 45 days of travel. I purchased the Outin Nano for the trip so we didn't have to carry our Nespresso machine with us. This machine was perfect for the trip and is now a staple in my carry-on baggage for every trip. About 6 months into ownership I had an issue where it wouldn't charge. I contacted support, sent a video of the issue, and they sent a brand new one overnight! I love this little machine and would recommend it to anyone who loves espresso and travel. The product is compact, looks great, works well, charges with my cellphone charger, and makes great espresso that is nice and hot. Pro-tip: Pair it with the small 6oz Hydroflask mug for perfect insulated hands-free operation!

  • I was so excited for this to be delivered yesterday that I opened it, washed it, and proceeded to make My first batch. It’s super easy to fill and then clean once finished with the grounds. I have yet to find excess grounds in the coffee itself. My last one had that issue. Definitely recommend for cold brew drinkers!

  • The coffee tastes good which is most important. It is easy to use as far as on/off and selecting size/boldness of coffee however the water reservoir is tiny and you can’t see the full level. We have the machine on the counter with the back end under the cupboard which I’d imagine is the set up for many people. When time to fill the water AGAIN you have to pull the machine out and it doesn’t slide easily. It’s good but needs a few tweaks to be great.

I use this for travel along with a frother that I purchased. It's worth packing because of the convenience and savings over going to a Starbucks by the hotels. Even if the cost weren't a consideration, I like that I don't have to leave the room and wait in a long line for my morning fix. Doesn't do as good as our home Nespresso Machine, but I'd say it's at least 75% as good. The difference is negligible in a latte.
