Replaced my old coffeemaker with the Ninja CE371 a month ago and am loving it. The classic brew is delicious and the warming plate keeps it hot without burning it. I chose the Ninja based on its good reviews. It seemed to be the only one without leakage or overflow issues. Easy to use as well and offers many options.

  • So the product claims it is unbreakable, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this. However, this was not off my counter, the other day, and as you can see, it is quite breakable. So it’s not entirely accurate. However, I do love the design and it has been a good pour over for the time that I used it.

  • Love the size for my small space. Makes a quick cup of hot coffee. Comes with the glass cup which is good because 8 oz is as much as you can make at a time. A regular coffee mug will not fit and neither will a travel mug. Two filters are included. One for ground coffee and one for a K Cup. They just slide in so it’s easy to use either one. Easier than other dual use coffee makers I’ve had. I’m the only coffee drinker at my house so it works for me. So far-so good

  • Love it! So easy to clean, to use, easy to put away, doesn’t take a lot of space. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. A little too thin, but just gotta be real careful.

  • The unit is pretty, and easy enough to use, but I have two issues. First, the empty cup was tipped off my end table and cracked. A drop of about 12" and no weight in it, yet it easily cracked. I tried to buy a new cup but was told I could only buy a new unit. Also, despite it still being under warranty the company told me I had to return to coffeemakers.us.com, but it was past that date. Waste of money for this cheap construction and zero help from the company despite many emails requesting warranty support. Another more minor issue, it drips for some time after brewing is done so you have to always dry the puddle before making another cup. Buy another unit!

  • Very pleased with this set for pour over coffee. Water must be poured slowly to bring out flavor. We use it 3 times a day. Some have complained about the filter coming apart/breaking but seems well made to me and rinse it under faucet, no issues. We use a mug to catch last drips from filter rather than placing directly onto base. Makes clean up much easier. One alteration I needed to make was to the wood base which pivoted easily on a slight warp on the bottom, I affixed felt feet to each corner to stabilize it. Comes very well packaged.

So this is easy to use, easy to clean, it looks gorgeous, and the coffee tastes AMAZING! Mine has a brushed copper finish and silver lid. the know on top it glass and all inards are metal. I don't use coffee filters because the basket inside filters enough for me. Are there a small amount of grounds in the last cup? Yes. Is it a big deal? No. If it's an ussue for you, make a little extra so you aren't stuck with the absolute last coffee in there. Also, it lights up when done! LOVE ❤ P.S. it does get hot so keep out of reach of small children.

Beautiful Piece I use and display proudly. Coffee is delicious and stays hot for quite awhile.

  • I came from making my own espresso, and not enjoying the cleanup process to trying this machine out to make life easier in the mornings. At first I did not enjoy the strength even with the extra bean setting but I quickly got used to the taste. Realizing I was just making coffee way too strong lol. Other guests have commented that they enjoyed the coffee at the regular strength setting as well. The machine started to make a rattling noise about 3 weeks in, I got concerned so I reached out to customer support and they did not respond. However, the machine still works so I'm sticking with it. The main shortcoming is the water tank. It is too small and if you have cabinets on top you have to pull the machine out in order to take the tank out and refill it. I have since addressed that issue by adding a float valve plumped directly in and I now love it. As far as longevity this is my second month, so I'm not sure how long it will last but I am hopeful.

Love it. Bought this because our Zojirushi to-go mugs keep coffee hot for 10+ hours. This is a great drip coffee pot. I do wish it made the coffee about 4 degrees hotter but as long as you pour yourself a small cup or put into an insulated thermos it’s the perfect temp to sip on. Brews fast and the insulated carafe keeps it hot for hours. Didn’t think we’d like the filter basket but it’s easy to clean and so much better than wasting paper filters! Coffee tastes good, nice brew.

Had for over a year and a half, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting I could do. Tried different grind corses, all across the board but no luck on getting any pressure.

Love the carafe and the coffee it makes. But woke up this morning with the top of the carafe chipped. Weird shaped wedge broken in the glass.

  • It worked great for couple months and I only did one cup a day for 5 days now it doesn't fill the coffee mug half and doesn't spit out all the water from the coffeemaker buyer beware it will work for little bit then only work 50% it was only $17 so what could I expect but I thought it would last at least a year only 2 months old after 15 mins and only 8oz of water only like 5-6 gets spit out while the other 2 oz just sits in the water holder and it claims it can hold 16 oz or 18 BS and I only try and make a half a cup every day too

  • I personally have been using a Keurig for years and recently changed to using a reusable stainless-steel K-Cups. These weren’t very good since it allowed more particles and oil to seep into the coffee. My wife has been doing pour over coffee for a while. First, she got the stainless-steel filter that goes over a cup. Then she got the one that comes with a glass carafe. Each time she was using a Pyrex measuring cup to pour hot water. She had very little control of how much and where she pours the water. So, she had been eyeing the gooseneck kettle. I decided to start trying the pour over method myself. When I saw this set, I figured I could get my own filter since I use different coffee than her, and get the gooseneck kettle she’s been wanting. I must say, I do not like the inconvenience of standing there and pouring the water. I am so used to pushing a button, and walking away to do some stuff and coming back to the coffee. That being said, this makes much better coffee and you have a lot more control over the coffee than a Keurig. So even though I don’t like standing there pouring the coffee, it is well worth it. The 2-tablespoon scoop is solid and heavy. It is not a thin cheap scoop. There is heft to it. I really like it and use it scoop coffee each time. It’s a good size to have. The stainless-steel filter and glass carafe is are nice. Nothing too special about them. It is about the same quality and works the same as the other one we have, but it has a higher capacity. The handle on it is a bit thin for my liking. Overall, it seems to be thin and light and I am afraid I may break it by mistake by hitting it lightly on something. So far it hasn’t so it may be stronger than it looks and feels. Once nice thing about doing this over a Keurig is that I can leave the last bit of coffee in the carafe that usually has the heavier particles in it. The gooseneck kettle is definitely my favorite part. Seems to be well made and pours very well. It pours fast enough if you want it to, and slow enough to do drips at a time. You can watch YouTube videos on what people think is the best way to pour. I like to do it slowly and move it around to make sure all the grounds get equally covered. I love the thermometer on it. It allows me to stop the heat right before it gets to the boiling point and/or hot enough to where I can start drinking it without having to wait for it to cool down. One thing to note is that if you fill up the kettle to the top, and pour the water directly into the carafe, it will measure up to the top line. But in reality, if you pour over the coffee, a lot of water is lost in the coffee grinds and from the steam. So, you cannot really fill it to the top of the carafe. Luckily, I don’t need that much coffee at one go and so it is not an issue for me. I’m sure if they did make the kettle big enough to fill that much at one go, then it would be much heavier and not as easy to use.
