Was a die hard fan of keurig machines for 10+ years bur this will be my last. We drink a lot of coffee in this house so don’t expect them to last forever but this one didn’t even make it 5 months before giving trouble. They are getting more expensive and less reliable each new one. This one is by far the worst yet. Leaks water during use and splashes coffee everywhere. I have to keep a towel under or near it and wipe it down constantly. On 3 out of 4 cups half the coffee is clear water and dilutes the cup so you have to make another and are wasting coffee. Sometimes only makes a half cup from the selected oz. The drip catch tray is very shallow and hard to clean and it needs descaling every two weeks. I tried using several different pod brands giving the benefit of the doubt but it didn’t change. My next machine will be their couisanart.

Purchased to replace previous one, only difference was color. The first one lasted 2 years - daily use. Brews quickly - 3 minutes ish (took almost 8 minutes near end of life), the design is small doesn't take much space on counter. Lightweight. The ease of cleaning (soap to hand wash filter daily) and I run hot water through it once a week, makes this single size newer the perfect way to treat myself with a fresh brewed ice coffee every morning without needing to leave my home!

I hadn’t had much expectation about this product, but I was willing to try it because I’m an avid consumer of French press coffee. However I was tired of the delicate crystal of the French press maker. So I look if there were any alternative of the classic glass to something more resistant. That’s how I found this product and I can’t be more happy. It’s strong and elegant. I definitely love it!!!

I recently upgraded from the small five one to the large 10 since me and my husband now drink more coffee throughout the day. I really enjoy this one because it stays hot and fresh. And there’s also a little scooper that comes with it, and I don’t have to purchase a filter. Love it. Not too pricey I definitely suggest the purchase. .it also has a self cleaning.

I feel it to the max on the scooper. And this is what happens every time. I make a cup of coffee.

This product is not worth buying. I just got it and used it once. I washed it and the paint or gel like substance is flaking off everywhere and it is loose. This is from a gentle hand wash.

We have had to "rig" our expensive coffee maker whether we use real Keurig or non-keurig pods. The new, expensive makers include an in-fared that wants to ensure you are using the real Keurig pods due to their stocks being down they changed to including the scanner. (We use the lid of a pod that actually works on top of either Keurig of non Keurig pods. Seriously, way below average. [The photo of Peet's is a Keurig logo/brand and the message is from that pod. The starbucks lid actually works (whohoo) something works, so we use the lid until we can't any longer.] All of this makes me never want to use anything Keurig and all our friends who come and stay for retreats are disgusted as well. So basically, you will have a VERY expensive hot water maker. The real kicker is that we spent over $100 on a coffee maker and should be able to use whatever pods we wish...HOWEVER, [even] when using the real things, we still get the code, "OOPS THIS POD WASN'T DESIGNED FOR THIS BREWER. PLEASE TRY ONE OF THE HUNDREDS OF PODS WITH KEURIG LOGO" As you can see in the photo, it IS Keuring pods that I am receiving this message. Do not buy any Keurig, it's ridiculous that you are then forced to buy their pods, and even so, they still do not work with the new infared scanner unit. Ugh :(

This turkish coffee maker is amazing, it's fast and it works great. I would recommend to any coffee lover. I'm so glad I bought mine

i really love this little coffee maker, i needed something to make myself tea in.. i had to stop drinking coffee.. and this is perfect.. however, i would like to be able to buy a second travel mug for it.. i dont see that anywhere. and a lot of the other ones for sale here, wont fit.

The first cold brew coffee maker I received was broken (there was a crack where the handle attached to the pitcher), but the seller quickly sent out another and I had it within 3 days! I’ve made two batches of cold brew coffee so far (I do have to filter the coffee a second time, but the coffee is amazing). I love the design and look, but I do wish the filter was more sturdy. You have to be very careful when removing the lid from the filter (it bends very easily and I can see the filter becoming damaged if not handled carefully). So much better than going to a coffee shop and spending $5+ per coffee! I would have liked to have had the coffee maker longer than a week before writing a review. So far I love the product. The only downside to this product is that I wish it was more sturdy. It seems very delicate.

We have used one of these for years and appreciate the "auto off" feature since I am absent minded. When looking for a coffee maker for a vacation/rental property that is often unoccupied, we considered the auto-off feature critical. Oddly difficult to find unbleached paper filters that fit properly (7" dia, wide bottom basket filter). Most of those found on coffeemakers.us.com have a more narrow bottom, but can be used in a pinch by forcing them to fit the contours of the basket. The larger 8-12 cup (8" dia) filters can also be used, but are a nuisance.

The item seems very light & flimsy, but it was well packaged with the exception of a leaf inside. It did not appear used but that was definitely odd. I cleaned it well & ran several cycles of vinegar water before making coffee. Fast, easy, and tasty. The mug works well too.
