  • The carafe cracked in half when I poured hot water into it! I had only had it for a few weeks.

  • I actually stopped drinking coffee for a few years, but a recent vacation reminded me of how much I love it. What I don't love is dealing with coffee pots, their large filters and the temptation to make an entire pot and drink coffee throughout the day. So when I decided to go back to a morning cup, a pour-over setup like this was a no-brainer. I already had an electric kettle that makes boiling water super easy, and that I've been using to make tea and cocoa, so it was a simple matter of getting a pour-over filter holder and some filters. Looking online, I saw the plastic versions that I was familiar with from my mom's, but when I saw this one I thought how much nicer it looked! And it really does look beautiful in person, really adds even more "class" to your morning ritual, doing so with one less piece of junky plastic in your kitchen! The holder perfectly holds the individual (#2) coffee filters I have, and gives me a wonderful cup, without any coffee grounds to be found! I don't bother with a dishwasher, since after plucking out the grounds, I can rinse this under hot water for 5 seconds and it looks brand new. I'm not concerned about it smelling like coffee as this is the only thing it will be used for. If it eventually builds up a stain, I assume this will come out easily with some light scrubbing with a soaped sponge, but I'll update this if that doesn't happen, and of course many people will opt to just take the extra effort and scrub it every time just in case. In any case, spend a few more dollars (or whatever currency) for this very classy version of a classic filter holder, if you can, the added quality and appearance is highly worth it!

  • Downsized from a much larger Keurig. We have 2 coffee drinkers in our home and this size works perfectly for us so far. We love the blue color and how easy it is to clean off . Happy with our choice!

  • Glad I made this purchase, cute and small. Doesn’t take up alot of space. Makes coffee just like any other machine.

If you're like me and hate the pod machines and all the waste, don't need a coffeemaker that grinds beans or turns itself on or even shuts itself off, this is the coffee maker for you. This is our third Proctor SIlex coffee maker and we only replaced the first one because I broke the carafe and it was more expensive to buy a new carafe. They have redesigned it since our first and second machines and as people have complained, the lid does not stay open by itself to add the grounds and water. After eight months of use, I stumbled upon a simple way to hold the lid open. There is a tab like handle on the filter basket. It fits into a slot on the coffee maker. Simply move the tab to the back of the machine, and it will hold the lid open until you're ready to brew your coffee. Then move the tab to it's slot and start the machine. I've used a pour over coffee maker and one with a digital clock and timer that failed after about three months. This makes twelve cups of coffee in just a few minutes and if you take care of the carafe, will still be making coffee when the fancy machines have stopped working.

Disappointed that the glass was broken when I unboxed this. Please send out a new one asap. This should really be made with tempered glass.

This is a wonderful brewer, and we enjoyed it a ton. Easy to use, and a huge verity of brew options make this a wonderful item. The reason I'm giving this only 2 stars is because of the LCD Display. We got this as a wedding present in 2018, and after a few months the display would get distorted. I searched online for a solution, and found out this issue has plagued this model. The advice I got was to unplug the brewer, and plug it back in. For quite some time, this worked perfectly....until today. Today it finally crashed out. I could never get it to turn on and show anything other than what is in the picture I shared. If they ever fix this, I'd have another one of these in a heartbeat.

  • The Chefman is easy to use unfortunately the coffee and/or Tea always has a taste of plastic from the machine. I thought it would go away with time because it was new but it has not. I am very disappointed!!

Our old Bunn died. Looking for a new one I read the reviews and noted that some reviewers commented on the very small blue light on the power switch and the warmer. Didn't seem like that big a deal. After using it for a couple of weeks we found out that it was a big deal when we left the warmer on for several hours with nothing in the pot. The tiny blue light is the size of of a pin head. First of all a blue light is not the right color for a power light it should be Red. Blue is reserved for specialty functions. That whole switch should be lighted. Solution - I dug through my spare parts box and came up with a RED pilot light. Take the bottom off, take the covers off the switch. Drill a hole for the light and wire it (solder) to the White and Black wires on the switch. Covers back on, bottom on, your done. Don't have a junk box, order a 120v pilot light with wires off the internet. This may void the warranty, but at least now the pot won't burn up.

I’ve been wanting a Keurig for a long time, especially a white one. I also love iced coffee doesn’t matter the temperature I will still drink it. However with it being practically brand new the first cup was not it, my fiancé kept running it and just using the cup and dumping the water out. After a few cups, it was good, for me personally using creamer and sugar makes it 1,000x better. I was going to return this but I just drink iced coffee in the mornings so it’ll do 😇

  • I got this Espresso Machine to replace my basic Delonghi machine which has a similar price point. This one is quite a bit nicer. The whole thing feels well made. It has a similar base setup with a slightly wider deck which allows for a bigger water reservoir (1300mL). It also means a bigger drip tray. But, the biggest reason for the wider size is probably the dual boilers, my previous machine only had 1 boiler which had to be switched between the steam wand and the pressure head. That took a lot of extra time and to switch back from the steam wand required letting it cool down for a bit. So this is a big improvement. The steam wand produces great steam and is much more consistent than my previous machine which would occasionally run out. The pump is a 20 bar pump compared to the 15 bar pump of my previous machine which means it can produce a lot more pressure. The machine also comes with a pressure gauge which is really nice for figuring out what you are doing right/wrong, but doesn’t actually allow you to set it. It also has a PID Temperature control system so that it is more consistent as far as temperature goes. It has 3 temperature settings, but doesn’t have a way to set it by degree. The machine comes with a nice metal tamper, a nice 2 shot 58mm basket and handle. The spoon the machine comes with is cheap plastic, but the little milk pitcher is pretty nice. The steam wand comes with 2 nozzles. A 1 hole nozzle and a 2 hole nozzle (which allows for more dry foam). It also comes with suction cups on the bottom to help keep it in place on your counter. The touch controls are similar to my previous machine though I did notice a tiny lag before the button for the steam would turn the wand on and again a tiny lag before it turned off. Overall, I am really happy with this machine for the price point it gives you a lot, compared to my previous machine. I, especially, love how easy it is to switch from steam to coffee extraction and how well the steam wand works.

We needed a simple coffee maker with s switch to work with an Alexa smart switch, this works!

  • Absolutely do not buy product from this company!! I purchased an electric coffee pot from them in December 2024 with a one year warranty. The finish is now wearing off on the heating pad, the bare metal is appearing and no customer service is to be found. The contact info coffeemakers.us.com gave me goes no where, I am unable to find any way of contacting this company and I am stuck with a defective product!

I do a lot of traveling for work, and am addicted to strong coffee. This thing works great once you get the grind and process down. Even better, purchase Cafe La Llave. Weigh out 18 grams, and presto, great tasting espresso!!! I also ordered the double shot basket set. Down fall to that is it only comes with one basket. Outin currently doesn’t sell individual double baskets or double basket bundles like the single basket bundle they have. Other than than that marketing flaw, I love this thing!
